Dr. Leiber's Biography — James Leiber, DO, is the founder and medical director of Regenexx Tampa Bay (formerly known as New Regeneration Orthopedics of Florida). He is a former officer, physician, and educator in the Air Force for 11 years – including personal physician to the vice president and president at the White House (please click here to read a Letter of Recommendation from the White House). He is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Osteopathic Principles and Practice at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lakewood Ranch where he was a full-time Professor for 5 years – while there, he also served as the course director and co-creator of an innovative and unique medical school course in Integrative Clinical Nutrition. And former adjunct professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. He has completed fellowship training in research, teaching, and curriculum development at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is triple board certified in: Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (AOBNMM), Pain Medicine (CAQPM), and Family Medicine (ABFM) as well Registered in Musculoskeletal Sonography (RMSK).
