She has a website that gives you an option to SCHEDULE ONLINE ON YOUR OWN. It gives you an option to pick a day and time. You get a confirmation of your appointments. The day and time comes, nope, they don't have you in the system. And no one cares that you traveled 200 miles. No wonder she can't...
