Dr. Latif is a good doctor. He knew exactly what was wrong with me and when I hadn't done what I was supposed to do. He scared me at first because he's a big guy, but he's actually really nice.

The staff and Baylor Emergency Clinic were very kind and thoughtful, however, when Dr. Thorne came in he was very indifferent and rude. I had been in severe pain for several days and the last place I ever wanted to go was to an Emergency Clinic because I don't have insurance as a 63 year old...

Horrible bedside manner. Came in for a bad cut ending with a severed tendon in my thumb. She didn't listen to any questions or comments, nothing. Just coldly stitched me up and sent me on my way. No meds at all. No antibiotics no pain management of any kind except her recommendation to take aspirin....

She is rude, self centered, and knows nothing. She ordered things that were not necessary and was rude to my family. She needs to stop thinking so much of herself and think of others and stay off her cell phone.
