Call for a prescription that the pharmacy also called but his staff does not follow up with ur request. decided to make a appt.on March 21,2024 and couldn't make it because his memory was full. Saw Dr. Mondragon for a severe headache, elevated blood pressure, vomiting, and newly diagnosed COVID-19. He was very thorough with a great bedside manner, unlike many er physicians. Treatment was successful as well. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommended.Joel Sabean, MD for my wife
