Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, an academic medical center, is located at 111 S. 11th Street in Center City Philadelphia. Some of Philadelphia's most interesting cultural sites are within a short walk of the hospital.
The hospital is minutes away from major roads and within walking distance of mass transportation services, including SEPTA regional rail lines servicing the area's suburbs and Philadelphia International Airport, making the hospital easily accessible for regional, national and international patients. Many of the city's bus and trolley lines stop at Jefferson. Within the hospital and surrounding buildings, Jefferson's expert physicians maintain patient offices.

The new Interpark Garage located at 10th & Chestnut Streets is now open.
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital patients and visitors who use the new InterPark Garage across from the 10th Street entrance to Gibbon (the main hospital building) are eligible for discount parking rates.
Remember to take your parking ticket with you when you leave the garage. When you get to your destination, ask the receptionist to validate your parking ticket (or to direct you to where you can do it yourself). Your officially validated ticket entitles you to Jefferson’s special patient and visitor discount.
There is a pedestrian bridge between the garage and Gibbon Building providing you with convenient access to the hospital.

Valet Parking fee for this garage only, $2 extra
Valet parking from Jefferson buildings is available at three locations on campus:
- On 10th Street between Market and Chestnut Streets on the left side at the entrance to the 925 Chestnut Street building.
- On Sansom Street at the Emergency Department entrance near the corner of 10th Street.
- On 11th Street just past Sansom Street in front of the hospital.

The Department of Patient Services of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital is committed to creating and delivering a consistent level of excellent service for patients, families, visitors and staff by providing timely and effective information and resolution of problems as well as being a universal resource of information. Staff members provide direction and leadership in the development of systems and services that will serve the Hospital’s patients/customers.
The Patient Services Department achieves its mission by serving as a liaison and resource for patients, staff and community in addressing issues involving patient rights, patient satisfaction and complaint management.
The Department is a member of the National and State Societies of Healthcare Consumer Advocacy (SHCA), an organization founded in 1972 comprised of professionals joined together to promote and ensure patient satisfaction in the provision of health care.
