Traveling south on I-75
Take I-75 south to I-475 west. Take I-475 west to Exit 19, ProMedica Parkway. Turn right onto Upton Avenue and a right at the next intersection, Central Avenue. Continue on Central Avenue and at the next traffic light, ProMedica Parkway, turn left. Follow signs to your desired campus destination.
Traveling north on I-75
Take I-75 north to I-475 west. Take I-475 west to Exit 19, ProMedica Parkway. Turn right onto Upton Avenue and right at the next intersection, Central Avenue. Continue on Central Avenue and at the next traffic light, ProMedica Parkway, turn left. Follow signs to your desired campus destination.
Traveling from US 23
Take US 23 to I-475 east. Take I-475 east to Exit 19, ProMedica Parkway. Cross Central Avenue and Monroe Street. Follow signs to your desired campus destination.
Traveling from the Ohio Turnpike
Take the Ohio Turnpike to Exit 64 (Perrysburg/I-75). Enter I-75 north and continue following directions above for traveling north on I-75.
Traveling from I-280
Take I-280 north to I-75 south. Continue following directions above for traveling south on I-75.
Visitors to adult patients may enter the facility at Entrance #1 (North Cove Boulevard) or Entrance #4 (ProMedica Parkway). Follow signs to parking. Interpreter services are available for patients who do not speak English well enough to communicate with our staff.
