Presented a staff that was uneducated in the field of Orthopedics, that is he was performing spinal injections w/o proper staff, equipment, and the realization of how much damage he could do. No CLEAN ROOM was provided for this procedure.

He was the first referral I got for my back told me stretch my legs the sciatica will go away. Ya Right mean while afterwards I was lifting something felt something snapped I now have a massively damaged sciatic nerve doesn’t treat patients.
