Provider Reviews

Dr Milner was a nice lady and good doctor. My wife and I unfortunately were not notified of her leaving. I hear she had family to take care of, I hope the best for her. Does anyone know how we can get our health records and keep getting our perceptions until we find another doctor.

Review for Dr. Adade

She is such a kind and caring dr. I recently found out, in an online group, that her practice was closed. I was about to make an appt....wish I had known. I had been her patient since she was in Franklin. I hope all is well with her and things resolve quickly for her family.
