Five years ago I was on vacation in Oregon when the results of my MRI came back with cervical stenosis. I was told to check myself into the nearest hospital. Not realizing the severity of my situation I flew home to Seattle and took a cab to my local hospital. I am so thankful I did because I ended up with Dr. Lundin.
Dr. Lundin was very thorough in his explanations, not rushed at all, and very reassuring. He had all the time in the world to answer my questions and calm my fears. He has a very good personality and a good sense of humor. And he's caring and down to earth. When my surgery was canceled because a piece of equipment broke he advised me himself, in person, instead of sending someone to do it for him. When I woke up in recovery his was the first face I saw. I've had two other surgeries in my life and never received such kind, wonderful treatment. I recommend him to everyone who will listen.
Although I spent my vacation in the hospital it wasn't so bad. I told him that I felt the operation was 100% successful and that he exceeded my expectations as a physician and a person. He laughed at all my jokes during his daily rounds, he's cute as a bug, and he didn't balk too much when I called him Diamond Dave. He just makes me want to smile. He's a very talented and caring gentleman. You would be lucky to have him as your surgeon.
