Followed Dr. Marcucci from his different practices for over 25 years. when he switched to Wedgewood, the staff was very unresponsive to questions and attempts to reach Dr Marcucci via the portal that Wedgewood had was great but when they switched to Mon could never get a response or even in the portal. Switched to another dr and it is worse, spends no time with you and does not even do an exam Frustrated and looking for a dr like Dr. Marcucci. Would go back if staff was different

Very disappointing. Ever since Dr. Marcucci moved to Mon Health, you are treated like a number. There is little individual care, and I also noticed that nurses are not treated too well. That seems to be passed onto the patient both in the exam room and at the front desk. Also, they spend more time staring and clicking on the computer than talking to the patient. It seems like they just ask you questions, click on a response on the laptop and then get an automated diagnosis. What happened to actual medical professionals? Seem like they just get a treatment plan suggested by the corporate medicine system instead of taking time to apply their knowledge and experience to the patient. It appears to be default care based on a business model, not real diagnostic care. Beware.
