Dr. Pilcher appears very young, but was very friendly, easy to talk to, competent and thorough. Does a good job of explaining problems and suggests solutions and prescriptions but does not push them on you. She forwarned that an antibiotic that she was considering for a skin rash would be difficult to digest. I have a strong stomach and was not concerned, but it was difficult. On a follow up visit she gave specific instructions that helped a lot. Office is very busy but wait time was short.
Dr. Robinson should not be practicing medicine. As an ER doctor, she does not listen to her patients concerns and health issues, as she is too busy working to complete the computer check list. She is not attentive and could not even correctly diagnose a kidney infection. If she is your ER doctor at Ruby or UHC, I suggest asking for another physician or going to a different hospital entirely.
Dr Pilcher was very prompt in coming to the exam room. She asked for anything that was of concern to me. Marked those and proceeded with a full body exam. She removed a few moles. Explained how long it would take for results. The office staff called with results and schedule another appt. Very pleased with how thorough she was.
Dr. Neuffer was extremely kind and very thorough when we visited the Greer ER yesterday. Any questions that we asked- he not only answered but, explained his answer to us. He was calming and assuring during a stressful time for me.
