My husband and I understand that no medical practice is perfect and we tried to give Dr. Schilt and staff the benefit of the doubt many times. We also tried to remain positive and appreciative to staff in an attempt to motivate them to deliver the care our child needed. The clinic staff and Dr. Schilt’s inability to provide effective care, charging for services that were not provided, and neglect in moving forward with coordination of urgent medical care resulted in a significant burden being placed on my family as we navigated an already difficult medical situation. We had high hopes when we held our prenatal interview and regret that compassion, competent care, and professional ethics were not practiced in our case. We tried to address our concerns with Dr. Schilt professionally and calmly, and unfortunately, no attempts were made to make things right, despite admitting to errors that were made with our daughter’s case.

Jeffrey Schilt is an extraordinary Pediatrician in Spokane. He my kids Pediatrician for the last 3 years. Our kids like him very much. If you really care about your kids then you need to see Jeffrey. Sincerely Mohammad

Dr. Schilt is very comfortable to talk to. He is very sweet with the kids and when asking him questions he really listens. I am so glad we found him and I trust him 100% with my kids health.

I just moved to WA & was very anxious about finding a new pediatrician. After weeks of researching, reading reviews, and talking to other Moms, I decided to see Dr. Schilt. My experience couldn't have been better. He was so kind & warm, and thorough. He asked me so many questions and was so curious about my daughters health, well being, and any concerns I may have had. The woman who recommended him to me, described him to be just as wonderful as he was. Fabulous nurses, too!! I highly recommend!
