Review of Dr. Stahl

-

I feel sorry for you if you have to see this incompetent doctor! He told me it was just old age and stress for years when it was ALS! He won’t take you seriously and he’s incredibly rude doesn’t care about his patients at all. I’ve never seen such a terrible doctor in my life run very far away from this man!

What a miserable human being. He kept cutting me off and then would get frustrated that I wasn't giving him the information he was looking for. If he just let me finish and calm the hell down he'd get all the info he needed. He rolled his eyes and got visibly frustrated for no reason. I should have just gotten up and left.

The most unpleasant, condescending, rude doctor I’ve ever met. Misery loves company, I guess. Yikes.

Dr. Stahl was very good at explaining things and listening ANd asking the right kind of questions . i was very tired and in pain at the time and it would have been easy for me to forget to bring up something but with his questions all i might have forgotten about were asked about. Your first appt takes a long time but once you have been seen scheduling is aok.

Review of Dr. Amin

Dr. Amin is attentive, caring, and thorough. He was very supportive as I received a difficult diagnosis, even offering to connect me with a social worker to take care of some of the needs created by my illness. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr.Stahl was the first doctor to diagnose my migraines. I suffered for years believing they were sinus issues. He got me started on a pain relief program.

I saw Dr. Stahl at Virginia Mason. I had multiple questions. This was the first time he had met me and knew -- if he was listening -- that I had traveled three hours to the appointment. He was in a hurry and said as much, "Get to the point. What do you want?" What I wanted was a neurologist who would spend the time to consider a complex set of issues. He is not the guy for a complex job or for anything requiring empathy.

Worst doctor I have EVER seen! Didn't listen to a word I said. Came into the appointment yelling rapid fire questions and not happy I couldn't keep up. Looked at notes from previous doctors and chose one that had already been proven wrong and agreed with him. When I went to tell him why that proven wrong he over talked me and shut me down. I waited 3.5 months to be verbally abused and get no help.
