Review of Dr. Clabeaux

-

Dr. Clabeaux is a nice guy with a positive outlook. So positive that he failed to disclose the negative risks inherent in the anterior approach, such as nerve damage. I now have severe nerve damage to my right thigh. Additionally, two years and more after bilateral hip replacement the joints still do not function as promised. I walk with pain and running of any kind is out of the question. Dr. Clabeaux has had no answers for this nor has he been able to recommend anyone who might.

Review of Dr. Belfie

-

In 53 years I have never felt compelled to write a review. But in 53 years I have not received the ALL AROUND excellent care I received from Dr. Belfie. I am very impressed with Dr. Belfie, his staff, and the facility. Every appt, I walk into the caring staff, friendly attitudes, smiles & an amazing front desk staff. Dr. Belfie took his time to make sure I understood everything regarding my injury. He is a caring & concerned Dr., who maintains a professional and efficient standard of service. TY

Review of Dr. MacDonald

- in Tracyton, WA |

Dr. MacDonald is amazing! He is the third Doctor I see and THE ONLY ONE, who took as much time as needed to explain, look for the right solution for me and actually work with me. Very good, very knowledgable.

Review of Dr. Clabeaux

-Seattle |

In lieu of other descriptions, this physician is a jerk. Worse yet, his entire staff is a nightmare just waiting for you to show up. You'll have to wait for a couple of months to see him because first you are required to see his PA Theresa, who is dumber than a box of rocks. When you finally do see him, he'll find a way to torture you. The office staff is rude. We saw them turn away a woman in a wheelchair who was a few minutes late for an appt. and in desperate need of assistance.

Review of Dr. Clabeaux

- in Seattle, WA |

Dr. Clabeaux is a very professional, kind and extremely competent surgeon. He answered all my questions thoroughly and he didn't pressure me to have the replacement that I've needed to have for years. He looked at my xrays with me and showed me how deteriorated my bone was. He saw me more than once too just because I was so nervous about surgery. I had an anterior entry surgery with full replacement and the recovery time was so much less than I imagined. I just wish I had done it sooner.

Review of Dr. MacDonald

-Yakima, WA |

Dr. Kevin MacDonald was referred to me over 2 years ago during an appointment with a rheumatologist when he asked me why I hadn't had surgery on my knees. I went to see Dr. MacDonald soon afterward. I found him to be articulate, and was able to lay out a variety of options available to me. Given the amount of pain I was experiencing, I chose total knee replacement of my R knee. He is excellent in his technical and patient skills. 6 months ago he replaced my other knee. You'll be happy too.

Review of Dr. Morris

- in Seattle, WA |

While Dr. Morris seems technically capable, he rapidly lost interest in having me as a patient when the x-rays showed I did not require surgery. I was given a PT script and whisked out the door.

Review of Dr. Clabeaux

- in Kirkland, WA |

Four-hour surgery turned into seven and a half with no communication to waiting family. Due to extended surgery time, needed two blood transfusions, stretched ligament, and created five-day recovery in hospital. This was much longer than the anticipated (up to) two days of hospital recovery time. Blood pressure was so low the day after surgery but he still wanted the patient up and around. Another doctor confirmed patient should not.

Review of Dr. Clabeaux

- in Bothell |

I needed a hip replaced and met w/ Dr. Clabeaux. He had come recommended and I'm very glad I went with him. He did an anterior replacement and the pain ended the second I awoke from surgery. Recuperation went smoothly. The pain of bone-on-bone grinding is gone for good.
