Does not listen well. There is no need to ever insult patients. Seems much more interested in "Me DOCTOR and you just a patient" mentality. I saw Dr. Horwitch 3 times in one year and then fired her. She is no longer my physician and never will be again.

Told me that she preferred not to prescribe pain management drugs, despite the fact that I wasn’t sleeping through the night. Actually laughed at me when I almost fainted from a cortical steroid injection. It took more than two weeks for me to get a follow up message from her, even though my pain increased after the steroid shot

How was your experience with Dr. Clabeaux? In a word: Fantastic. I had right hip replaced in 2011 (posterior entry). I had left hip replaced in 2015 (anterior entry). The left hip feels as though nothing was ever done to it. In fact the (about 2 inch) scar is nearly invisible. As for the right hip, from mid 2015 to mid 2020 I had pain if I walked 1/2 mile or more or stood stationary for more than 5 minutes. I could walk distances with no pain if I walked uphill or if I walked pushing a shopping cart or stroller. Strangely, I was able to play pickleball for 2 to 3 hours a day 3 days a week (MWF) with no pain at all. Then a miracle happened --my granddaughter was born in mid 2019 and I walked with her in her stroller almost daily for 4 to 5 miles. After about a year and about 1200 miles, I noticed that I could walk farther and farther with no pain. (I had also continued pickleball for my regular MWF games.) As of today, 11-27-21, I can walk indefinitely or stand comfort

Dr. Soung is knowledgeable, caring and very competent. In a way, I hate to review him so highly as I don't want him to get any busier! He is always very responsive and I never feel rushed when I see him. I feel fortunate to have him as my physician.

Dr Gage is phenomenal. She has helped me a great deal as I start to address longstanding issues as a result of cerebral palsy. She is patient, explains things well and clearly genuinely cares. I travel out of state to see her for treatment and she and her staff are always helpful and accommodating.

I would not recommend this Dr. at all. Had ankle pain, was referred to him. He told me one of my legs was longer than the other by visually checking me. Okay..? Questionable, but he's a doctor after all. I get a special insole, wear it as he instructed, come back after a while to report on any changes -- pain remained the same. This time I start asking him questions why this, why that. He gets defensive, says my pains were an indication for the leg length difference (wth? everywhere I read on the internet they at least do some kind of imaging to support such claims). Eventually gives me a cortisone shot. He doesn't explain anything. Barely talks to you, as if he hates this job. Tries to sell his orthotic soles as a panacea to everything, even though I already have one. He doesn't even ask if it's okay to have an intern on the appointment, which is always fine by me but I found it weird he didn't ask.

Dr. Pierce and his staff are very professional, friendly, helpful and caring. I have seen him and his staff for treatment of varicose veins in my legs due to circulatory problems - valves not closing fully. He has been great to work with, is thorough and has a great bedside manner.

My experience with Dr. Stahl was terrible. He was condescending, patronizing and would not listen. He kept interrupting and then getting angry when he didn't get what he wanted, although who knows what that was. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. He lacked empathy and was intentionally dismissal of important data

Dr. Wagner is so sweet! She genuinely cares about her patients. I was concerned and she took time to go over everything with me. She even brought a book and gave me some additional literature to reassure myself. She is the sweetest lady and has wonderful bedside manner. I'm so happy there are people like her in this profession!

I had outpatient surgery to remove a growth on my arm. Dr. Wiebusch advised what the surgery would entail and the post surgical information I would need beforehand. I felt very comfortable with the entire procedure and with everyone involved. They were professional and caring and I would most definitely recommend Dr. Wiebusch and the surgical team at Virginia Mason.
