Review for Lois Kaiser
Dietetics
Reply
Our families experience with Lois was bad. She never even saw my daughter in person, it was only via telemedicine yet she could somehow override all the specialists who have seen our child in person. She also wasn’t honest and made false allegations about my child. Even though this isn’t my first child, she made us feel incompetent to parent and questioned everything we did even though we know our baby way better than she does. She also said my breastmilk was super low calorie and made me stop giving my preemie my milk during cold/flu season. I got my milk tested privately and she didn’t really believe the results at first and still made me fortify my breastmilk despite the results being astounding. I switched dietitians and the new one thought it was way too much volume and fortification for my baby to handle. Ms Kaiser didn’t care at all about my daughters discomfort. She clearly does not have children of her own. I’d never recommend her with her know it all attitude.

Review for Dr. Dale Lee, MD
Pediatric Gastroenterology
Reply
He is hands down the BEST Pediatric Gastroenterologist there is! I highly recommend him. He helped diagnosis my son's condition and a side condition that NO OTHER provider (even Children ER) was able to figure out. He's smart, he listens to you and your child and thinks outside the box when needed. You are lucky I'd you have this doctor. He will help you!

Dr. Sawin has done 2 of my daughter’s rib surgeries. Our experience with Dr. Sawin and the staff at Seattle Children’s hospital was nothing but exceptional. He is the utmost professional but speaks to you in layman’s terms you can understand. My daughter and our family genuinely felt that she was in the best care possible.

I saw Dr Divall this past July in regards to my thyroid. I had symptoms of it being hard to breathe and I could tell my thyroid was abnormally large. After being on the waiting list for 6 months I had my appointment with Dr Divall. I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated. She pushed me away and told me my symptoms were in my head. And that I need counseling to deal with the symptoms. She was rude and judgmental. She wouldn’t even consider a follow up appointment. I saw an ENT through a different medical group and have since had my thyroid removed. The surgeon said my thyroid was three times regular size and was wrapping around my windpipe. Goes to show the difference in a doctor who actually listens to you. Would not recommend doctor Divall.

Dr. Matthews had been my pediatric doctor since I was diagnosed in 2002. I recently phased out of Seattle Children's age range, and I couldn't be more upset about it due to the exceptional quality of care I received while I was a patient there. She is patient, good with both kids and adults, responds quickly to questions, and genuinely has all of her patients' (and their families') best interests at heart. We have tried tons of treatments, faced countless complications (due to the unpredictable nature of the disease, not due to Dr. Matthews and the Seattle Children's staff), and made several moves while knowing her and she has handled each one with ease and professionalism. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Since growing up and going to college, I have yet to find a single doctor comparable to her.

EXCELLENT anesthesiologist. Extremely kind, patient, and sympathetic to terrified parents who's 8 month old was going under. He promised to take excellent care of her and he delivered. We are very grateful to Dr. Collins! And we love his accent!

I don't understand how this so called 'doctor' can be in practice. My self and my child have had the worst experience of my life. Please do not go see her if you have anything worse than a common cold. I wish we never stepped foot into her office because we are still paying the price.

Horrific bedside manner and sadly is not a honest Doctor. We would have been understanding with grievous mistake(s) she made but her cover up left us speechless - even our new Hematologist was bewildered at how poorly things were handled and how we were treated when she was made aware. There are so many better choices of Hematoligsts out there, please don't waste your time with Dana Matthews.

My son and I liked Dr. Divall as she was straightforward and kind and simplified her explanations. She took time with us and made herself available. She also rang me up for a follow-up discussion that was helpful.
