Dr Webb is now primary care provider for both mom and I. We have lived working with her. She listens, spends time, and works well with the home care team. She goes the extra mile, calling with results or doing more research. This week she was my husband’s provider in a sudden issue. She called to talk to him with his X-ray results while he was still at the hospital and told him to go to the ER. Mom and I really like her.

My husband has visited the ER twice and received treatment both times. Dr. Lightfoot has been thorough, answered my many questions, and treated me as a valued member of my husbands care team. He uses humor that reduces stress and helps my husband to relax. He is our favorite at PRH’s ER. Yes, we’ve been there enough to have a favorite. Sigh.

My Husband had Shoulder Surgery by you few Yrs ago He was very Pleased . Fast Forward Few Yrs , In January he made an apt came in and seen DR Tingstad . Was given Options , As we waited for an MRI pre Approval , Almost two months went by , We Placed calls to the office . It took days to get call backs , When we did get a Call back we were told Blue Cross would not approve the MRI . We were told BC was not our Primary ,, They are our Primary , We have been in contact Jenny Houser and we are Getting NO WHERE as she keeps telling us that BC will not approve it , BC Tells us we will approve it , This is Getting old . No reason for My Husband to have to deal with this going on over two Months now . We really don't want to switch Doctors as Dr Tingstad is awesome But this is getting a little Bit out of hand . The Doctor needs to know what is Happening up in the front desk . A Reply would be nice or a Call from DR TINGSTAD ..

First class from first contact via phone to front desk to each staff member and Dr Minudri himself. Over the top. Professionals. Caring. Concerned sincere people. I have never experienced anything so outstanding in my life. ( I don’t go to doctors any more than necessary but this was amazing).

Wish I could give 0 stars. Barely gave me the time of day, didn’t listen to my actual concerns, and wouldn’t do anything besides refer me to another doctor. Do not come here, especially in an emergency!

My daughter was misdiagnosed for a unstable shoulder. The dr said she needed to strengthen it and prescribed PT. He gave her a cheap brace that he said she didn’t have to pay for. She was already going to PT but was told her shoulder was to unstable to strengthen. She went to a surgeon at UW and was told her shoulder was so unstable it fell out of socket at every angle. She had surgery and needed 5 bone anchors to secure it, since she has had her other shoulder done for the same reason. She has NPS and has had 16 surgeries on her bones and joints. This was over his head. Instead of admitting it he just misdiagnosed her. He took the easy way out with PT and a brace. Well done doc. Since we have been harassed by his office to pay for the brace that he told her would be free. No doubt price was jacked up 1000% because it was expensive and extremely cheap. In fact she never even wore and wouldn’t of taken it if it wasn’t supposedly a gift. Her 2 surgeries done at UW were very successful.

Dr. Jones is a caring provider who goes to great lengths to help his patients. Not only is he incredibly thorough in his explanations of medical concepts and procedures, he is ready and willing to discuss any concerns about your care. Dr. Jones is incredibly knowledgeable in his field - in my appointments he will often pull out his phone and show me new findings relating to my celiac disease. He takes great interest in new avenues of care and constantly challenges his own knowledge of medicine - I mentioned a novel treatment to him (currently in FDA trials) to which he immediately asked where he could learn more. Dr. Jones also wrote a very personalized letter to my landlord for me, recommending I vacate a prior living arrangement, as I was in an environment around roommates who would maliciously and intentionally expose me to gluten - nearly costing me a semester at WSU due to declining health. For this alone I cannot thank him enough - I am beyond grateful to be a patient of his.

Dr. Jones was so kind and empathetic during my year-long struggle with C-Diff Colitis in 2013. I had been being treated by other doctors and finally was referred to him after I had become extremely sick from antibiotics. He listened to the research I had done on my own about the relatively unknown stool transplant procedure and unlike other doctors, supported my decision and agreed to do the procedure despite never doing it before. I have been C-Diff free for 5 years and am so thankful!

I was referred to Dr. Jones for a periodic Barrett's Esophagus check. He was exceptionally thorough in explaining this condition and how to judge its severity, before scheduling an upper endoscopy and tissue sampling. I have been treated by other gastroenterologists and had this procedure before. He was also very thorough and informative in explaining his findings afterwards, as well as his recommendation for continued medication. He was very friendly, and I would rate him as an exceptional MD.

I was went to the ER was taken there by a ministerial servant and business owner from my church who stayed with me in the ER exam room the time I was there. The discharge papers from the St. Joseph hospital say I was seen by Dr. Klempel, this is a untrue statement as far as direct medical care. We only saw him when we were getting ready to leave & had to press him for a copy of the heart monitor records which showed a lot of Bradycardia activity. I only saw a unqualified young PA.

I have worked with Tingstad over the last ten years. He first did emergency surgery on my right ankle after I fell and broke it in five places. He has followed up as I developed arthritis in my knees. We just completed a total knee replacement. He has explained everything that he wanted to do and gave me my options. During pre-op came in and was very reassuring. He even asked if I would like to have a prayer by him. A very caring and conscientious person.

Dr Minudri is a very experienced & wise Doctor. I was amazed at how comfortable & relaxed he made me feel throughout my pregnancies & even during delivery. He is very respectful of the mothers wishes towards her birth plan & is very up to date with current things like exercise during pregnancy. He has never tried to restrict my activity level as other doctors have & he allows me to trust my own body. I highly recommend him!
