I am very disappointed with the quality of service that I received from Dr. Yan's ARNP, Shari Wooten. Shari was extremely unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable over the phone. She told me to "just stop" repeating my disorder after nearly 60 years! She also said that there was no cure or medication for my sleep disorder, when actually, Clonazepam is a frequently prescribed solution. I don't know why she was unfamiliar with that. I wouldn't interact with her again under any circumstances.

Got him on referral from a very trusted physician I am friends with after my physician moved on to a different practice. He is easy going and thorough, taking the time to explain my condition and not rushed to answer any questions I have. current The staff is p[leasant, easy to work with and I rarely have to wait much at all. Bonus if you're a Cubs fan.

I have been a patient of Banjamin Sy since the early 2000s. Severe allergies to both pollutants and environs, and shortness of breath ended in referral to this physicians. He also took over my C-PAP studies from a well-recognized Seattle-based hospital system. I have reached such an improved long-standing pulmonary function due expressly to the thoroughness of Dr. Sy's tests, treatments, and physician-to-patient interaction. He is always kind, attentive, and interested, and thorough.

In today's world of health care most doctors seem to rush through their appointments. Not Dr. Eagan. He has been my most trusted doctor for the 6 years I have been diagnosed with COPD and his support and caring have been instrumental in helping me "get through" life. You cannot be in better hands. Cheers! Brooke Tucker

Very good and considerate doctor. Listens to your issues and takes care of you, as the patient. Would definitely want him as my doctor in hospital as I know he would advocate for me! Will happily return to Dr. Klipper for advice and treatment.

I met Dr. Eagen when my mom needed a second biopsy. She told me he was the best doctor she could ever ask for. She has been seeing him approx 12 years . His explanations of procedures, treatments, and diagnosis are layperson terms. He is concise about what his procedures. I have a medical background, yet, I had not one question when he explained moms condition. She means absolutely the world to me. I am in agreement with mom about this physicians confidence, professionalism, knowledge.

Dr. Klipper was very professional, courteous, and very detailed in his diagnosis. He took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. He worked around my service dog and never asked me to mover her. I would recommend Dr. Klipper to anyone looking for a pulmonary care.

When Dr. Blackman left, I was set up with Dr. Yan. My appointment was December 2, 2015 . I arrived on time, sat in the waiting room for a half hour. When Dr. Yan did come in he went straight on the computer. When I told him my seizures had returned he left the room to call my neurologist at the UW. Dr.Samii at the UW had never spoke with him. He never listened my to my lungs or look at my tracheal tube. Big disappointment!
