Review of Dr. Zhu

-Seattle, WA |

My long term pain MD is leaving the Field so I saw Dr Zhou. While I found him to be just Ok it was the rudeness and unprofessionalism of his young Female staff that Really put me off. I had both a medical, dental background and a successful management career before I became disabled. Arriving 20 minutes early, the ”girl ” at the desk told me:” Youre late! When I informed her that I was told if I filled out intake online I could come at appt time she Said no thats wrong! Much worse followed...

This Dr. Saved me from being paralyzed! She is Awesome! No Dr for 2 years could diagnose my problem! She did and within 6 months I am now getting back to normal! She has a great team and I am so happy to have her as my Doctor! Thank You Doctor! Lee Ayers

Review of Dr. Mambalam

-

I went to this clinic after having half my lung removed from cancer, I was released from my oncologist to regular doc and had to then find a pain clinic. This place is horrible, Dr. M. cut my pain meds in half and then threatened to not give them to me if I didn't have one of his spinal injections. Insurance wasn't pre approved a year later it's just getting straightened out. After the procedure I was to fill out a survey and was told to give high marks so my insurance would pay for more.

Review of Dr. Mambalam

-Tumwater |

Never see this man! He dedicates 30 minutes for an appointment spent five with me and half of that he was trying to walk out of the room. He didn't introduce himself when he walked into the room, Honestly, I don't think he even knew my name. This man doesn't even respect you enough to look you in the eyes especially during his handshake. He doesn't want to hear anything you have to say, he attempts to put works in your mouth, twists things around and is rude and condescending. Run!!

Review of Dr. Hong

-Tacoma, WA |

Dr.s at Wa. Pain clinics ONLY Px Suboxen or surgically installed 'pain pumps'He does Not talk to you about your actualy pain, is only concerned with current meds and will evaluate your soon to be Suboxone dose by this. Nothing said about your current probs or future. If you need true care, find a diff clinic. The psychologist you will meet on your *assessment for risk/abuse is great though the rest of the dox are rushed and do Not look at your condition or your pain.

Review of Dr. Mambalam

-Snohomish, WA |

Do not waste your time. Because he has a financial interest with MEDTRONICS the first thing he will do is keep at you until you agree to try a spinal implant. This is big money for the clinic because the trial can be done at their own facility rather than a hospital and they can bill insurance thousands. The staff are all inexperienced and very unprofessional
