She does not care about patients times. Will miss appointments and then cause issues with scheduling which messes up your meds schedule. When asked to address the issue she fired herself rather than address the issue.
The long wait times and fact she pays more attention to her new born then her patients could be over looked if she helped keep a healthy medication schedule, but she does not even care when patients run out of medications.

I cannot say enough good about Dr Sulaman!! If you are looking for a dr, look no more. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. He listened to everything I had to say, he never made me feel rushed. He actually answers his phone calls himself!! He assured me that I can call him at anytime if I need to, I am so grateful to him. Also, he saw me immediately, he did not keep me waiting. He truly is a great Dr!!

Dr Sulaman is the best Dr I've ever had experience with. He is always focused on what is best for you, the patient. I've told him many times how great he is and I couldn't wish for a better Dr. He's extremely empathetic, caring, kind and simply good at what he does. His work ethic is great. He almost never makes you wait and if you need him, he really is a phone call away. No press 1 for this or that, no front desk taking a message, you talk to him. And that's something I have always admired.

After a 5 yr period of 2 substandard but reputable practices/physician treatment in Richmond my therapist referred me to Dr. Sidhu.
Very to the point and formal - that should be listed a strength. Psychiatrists role in mental health management is the continued observation and prescription of proper medication. He's experienced - but young enough to practice the latest treatments. He created significant stability improvement. Extremely thankful for his expertise.
Dr. Sidhu is excellent.

I felt like I was being examined by a cold heartless human. My concerns were not addressed. Instead I was told to take some pills. I feel humiliated.

I would give 0 stars if possible. He rushes your apt, your lucky if you get 10 minutes. He won't talk with you about any concerns you have. During my last appoint he took part of the time to read an email I sent, (he should have read it earlier), and he took a phone call. He was also rude to my wife cutting her off when she tried to voice some concerns she has been having regarding my mental well being.
