She came off as very uncaring and cold, didn’t take the time to address any of my concerns. She asked me to schedule another appointment with her in four weeks but I will not be coming back.

I have had wonderful treatment by Dr. Kuno and staff I have been through sleep testing and lung function tests. All have taken great care with me. Dr. Kuno is friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about his patients. I am happy.

I found Dr Sayball to be rather distant and cold. Upon seeing her one time i requested to be seen by another physician. I am sure she may be a decent physician but I would not recommend her to any of my loved ones.

Cold, arrogant and not relatable. She did not introduce herself and did not listen closely to what my family member was explaining to her. We asked questions and she brushed us off. Other staff noticed and jumped in to answer questions and to make the patient feel valued.
