Amazing Doctor! She's been the best for 24 yrs now, I couldn't have gone to a better provider for my diabetes all these years. I've referred her to others who love her just as much.

Dr. Burris doesn't listen & is very opinionated. He can be confrontational & seems rather narcissistic with lack of respect for the patient.

He’s an exceptional doctor. Very polite and kind, and I would recommend him to friends and family or strangers. I trust him completely to meet my health needs. I have been going to him at least thirty some years, and I have yet to be disappointed. God bless Dr. Burris.

Dr. Burris is very attentive to my situation and offers the best advice to my problems. He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to talk to you using non medical terms that are easily understandable. He and all of his staff are very friendly and are willing to assist you with your problem as if you are the only one in the office.

Dr. Burris is by far the most personable endocrinologist I have ever seen. He was the first doctor to find that I had Hashimoto's, and I am thankful to have a little more understanding of how this is affecting my system. I have always felt like he took the time needed to explain everything, and has even been accessible quickly via the patient portal. I am sad that I can no longer keep him as my doctor since we moved out of state, but felt it was important to let others know the value he adds as a kind, knowledgeable, thorough doctor.

Dr Burris is the most compassionate, capable doctor I've ever received care from. I've recommended him to a friend in need of an endocrinologist and she told me that he saw how much pain she was in and put rushes on her labs in order to be able to get her the medication she needed faster. Thats the kind of doctor he is. He genuinely cares for his patients. Despite us meeting very infrequently, he can look at me and tell how my thyroid is working and what I need. I couldn't recommend him more. He exemplifies what every doctor should strive to be.

My experience with this doctor is the doctor doesn't get back to patients in a timely manor. After researching the pill she wanted me on one the insurance would not cover, and I had concerns and mentioned I want adjust my diet and more exercise. She would not listen until I said I was leaving. Her staff would not call back I left several messages.

After 3 yrs seeing her for my enlarged thyroid, I think it’s waste of money, time, and health. She did biopsy, ultrasound, blood test and always said everything normal. I ended up with thyroid cancer, and it was diagnosed my the surgeon who did the lobectomy surgery for me. Back then, I should have checked her rating before seeing her...

My primary care doctor was not too worried about my blood test results even though my TSH was .1, well outside of the normal range, losing lot's of hair, poor sleep, tired... Best decision I did was to go to her to keep on top of my thyroid! I have recommended her to friends and they have thanked me. I'd strongly recommend her.

I was a patient of Dr Wagners for about 4 years and I liked her very much. I found her and her staff very helpful and courteous. She always answered any questions, not once did I feel rushed in an appointment. I have moved and it is more convenient to choose another doctor closer to where I live. Would I recommend Dr Wagner? Yes.

Dr. Burris is genuine and honest. He stays current with technology and is always reachable via the patient portal. He shows true concern for my health and well-being, even when that means being honest with me about what I'm doing wrong. His support is tremendously appreciated.

After several appointments with Dr. Puttkammer (formerly Dr. Bethea) to be treated for under-active thyroid and possible PCOS, I still feel the same as I did on my first visit. I feel Shea does not listen to your goals or care about truly resolving your symptoms and just wants to push pills on you. Certain labs were supposed to be done so I could get confirmation about a PCOS diagnosis, but she put in the wrong lab orders despite conversations at appointments and messages via the patient portal.

Very cold and uncaring. However, she told me she found nothing and said to "follow up with my Primary Care, MD not Nurse Practioner" She new my doctor was an NP and quite a slap in the face when I love my NP and is the only one I will see! NEVER AGAIN she doesn't care!
