Dr Cothran is very nice, professional and spends time listening to me. Office is run very efficiently. I have using Dr. Cothran now for many years.

Dr. Jefferies always takes her time to listen to the questions/concerns I have about certain issues, explains everything well, gives me options and "what she would do if it was her", I never feel rushed. I would highly recommend Dr. Jefferies!

Sue is one of the worst doctors i have ever seen. She's unfriendly, refuses to provide any information, doesn't seem too knowledgable, and she's got a terrible bedside manner. She refused to treat me for a UTI and a Yeast Infection. You should avoid her like the plague

My daughter was seen by this practitioner and she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. My daughter has previously been diagnosed with PCOS and abnormal hormone levels and when she asked the provider to test her levels the provider rolled her eyes and questioned the need.

I would highly recommend Michelle Funk. It was my first visit with her and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Office staff are very friendly and provider is thorough. She is easy to talk with and addressed all of my concerns. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been going to Dr. Jefferies for over 10 years. She is very professional and friendly. She always answers all of my questions in a kind and caring manner and helps me make the best choices for my health by explaining my options. She's also very timely. I never had to wait long for her to come in for my exam so my appointments are always on time. If you are looking for an OB-Gyn, I highly recommend Dr. Jefferies.

Dr. Jefferies was one of the few doctors that listened to my concerns. She is very professional and provided me with good information. She scheduled any procedures needed promptly and followed up.

Had questions since I'm past menopause. Dr. Jefferies was extremely informative, took her time with me, and did not leave until I said i was satisfied with our visit. I really recommend her.

Dr Jefferies, made me feel extremely uncomfortable about my weight. My weight gain was a concern that I wanted to talk to her about and she made me feel bad about my weight and extremely uncomfortable about my body. She also disregarded my honestly concern of having a miscarriage and instead proceeded to talk about my weight (which I understand can be a factor of miscarriage, however, I was trying to discuss based on past medical history). Overall, I left the office upset and ashamed of my body and not wanting to be seen by a doctor again. I have never had this issue with the 3 other CWC providers I've seen, they have all been welcoming and willing to talk with me, I just wish Dr. Jeffries would have treated me the same.

She's one of those that the Dr's/her time is the most important thing and patients should wait for her to show up forever because she doesn't care about our time. Rude, unprofessional and don't think he really cares about patients.

Dr. Cothran has been my physician for about 10 years or so. She is kind competent and efficient. She was also my coworker for as long. She’s a top notch doctor and coworker. Cooperative and always uses good judgement. Great physician from a patient and RN perspective.

I have an excellent rapport with Dr Jeffries and have since she took over my care after my previous doctor retired. She is a great listener and is adept at finding solutions to any medication issues I encounter.

Jenna is professional, courteous. She asked questions, answered questions and she listened to you. Jenna is knowledgeable, gentle, she does not rush you, she cares. I was impressed with the visit. This is my first time meeting Jenna, it was great!

I highly recommend Dr. Cothran because she is a great doctor. She is very calm and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Cothran always answers your questions and spends time with you to listen and talk to you. It is rare in our time when a doctor does not rush and takes her time.

No she was very unprofessional with a rude bedside manner.

She did a thorough pelvic exam, but she literally just made a quick rotation around each breast, not using any pressure to detect abnormalities. I’m used to doctors spending at least 30 seconds on each breast, palpitating it to ensure nothing is off. She touched my breasts for literally a total of maybe 5 seconds. I thought it was strange and asked the tech at my mammogram appt. She confirmed that the”exam” I got was definitely lacking. Glad I got a mammogram so I can be sure nothing is going on, but I don’t want to be forced to expose myself to radiation once per year bc I went to a less than thorough gynecologist. I don’t see this PA again.

I would give her 0 stars if I could. She was extremely unprofessional, condescending, and rude. She made the appointment about herself instead of listening to my concerns. She had absolutely no empathy and dismissed everything I was trying to discuss. Please, do not waste your time with this provider unless you want to leave the office feeling upset, unheard, and with no resolution to your concerns. I will not be going back.
