Review of Dr. Gililland

- in Jackson, WY |

So for this has gone really poorly. I’ve tried to contact his office to get some information and schedule and appointment. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes. I finally got a live person (reception?) First question: Can you tell me how to properly prounounce his last name. Answer: I don’t really know, but what you are saying sounds good. After a few more... I asked to speak with an assistant or staff. Response: I guess I can try and find someone. After 15 minutes of elevator music. I hung up

Review of Dr. Lawrence

- in Highland, UT |

Dr. Lawrence was my surgeon for a recent low back surgery. I consulted with several doctors, and Doctor Lawrence's recommendation was both conservative and helpful!! He listens well. He's positive and helpful. It was a great experience for me. I highly recommend him!!

Review of Dr. Burks

- in UT |

I was only a child (age 15, in 2003) when I started seeing Dr. Burke. We were referred to him after a failed knee operation when I was 12 years old. I could barley walk without collapsing at the time I met him. He performed 2 Tbial Transpositions, one on each knee. I am living proof of his amazing work. I am 30 years old now and even though I will always have knee problems, I had no life before. Since him, I have swam competitively, ran in races, and triathalons. He saved me.

Review of Dr. Hutchinson

- in Sandy |

Dr Hutchinson left me waiting for over an hour with no apology. When he asked why I was irritated he twisted things around and tried to blame the bad energy on ME for not bringing up my irritation as soon as he entered the room. He was condescending and made my pain to sound trivial. I will never go back.

Review of Dr. Hansen

-Salt Lake City |

The not-so-thorough explanation of my spine condition was completely conducted by her aide who provided no help or guidance at all on what to do to help my problem. My only advice from Dr. Hansen was that I might be too young for surgery because it might cause problems in a few years, and so there is only pain management and physical therapy. She also was unable to be contacted regularly, including not returning calls to disability agents, resulting in a claims denial.

Review of Dr. Aoki

- in UT |

Horrible experience! My 15 year old daughter has suffered knee pain for years. We were referred to Dr. Aoki because he is a"specialist" and great with adolescent knee pain. He asked my daughter a few questions and bent her knee. He interacted with her for 3-5 minutes. Then he told her she has mental problems.."This is all in your head." He spent 20 minutes telling her she was depressed and crazy. Our experience was awful! My daughter had surgery a few weeks later. It wasn't in her head!

I thought Dr. Hansen was very thorough. She was professional and went over my prognosis with me in detail.

Review of Dr. Hutchinson

- in Twin Falls,ID |

Dr. Hutchinson came across as slightly condescending and talked a lot more than he listened. But the trait that was most irritating is he would look at my wife when talking to me as if she was going to pass along everything he said to her.

Review of Dr. Burks

- in Salt Lake City, Utah |

I couldn’t ask for a more competent or professional healthcare provider. Dr. Burks was personable, informative and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure being in his competent care. My knee surgery was smooth and flawless. I’m weight bearing right after surgery. The entire team at University of Utah was top notch. This was the most positive healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Dr. Burks

Review of Dr. Aoki

-

Our daughter has been a patient of Dr Aoki for years. Dr Aoki has performed 7 knee surgeries. Our daughter had a left lateral meniscus transplant 12/20/16, started having left knee pain Jan 2018. Saw dr Aoki, mri was ordered. He ordered surgery & today said our daughter is faking being in pain. Her knee was hot to the touch, she was fine till recently and MRI that I see online tells another story. He’s just covering his butt from the object he left in.
