I was referred to Dr. Goucher by Dr. Grunander, one of his colleagues. It has taken an act of God to get an appointment with Dr. Goucher. I have given up trying. I have NEVER had this much trouble getting an appointment with a provider. You would think they would try to make it easy for you to be seen. I will find someone else that actually wants to see patients.
Unfortunately I cannot comment on the care he gives.
He is very rude and disrespectful!!!! Children should not be talked to in such a manner that puts them into tears!!!! He continued to talk about my son to his staff with the door open which made my son cry more. We walked out and I refuse to bring him back or anyone else in my family to him!!!
Didn't seem to have much compassion. I would not go back to him in the future.
Very responsive to my needs. My surgery was a very complicated surgery and the results were great. Bedside manor was great and his staff was very efficient.
I was referred to Dr. Bachison's office after numerous treatment plans by several other Orthopedic Surgeons in the area had failed. After one office visit, Dr. Bachison scheduled me for surgery. Today I'm 2 weeks post surgery 1.5 inches taller, and a changed man. There are no words to express my gratitude to this man and his amazing staff, all of which are a cut above any provider I've ever been to ! I strongly recommend anyone not completely satisfied with your current provider to call this man
Horrible attention! I was waiting for 2 hours when there were no other patients! I would recommend not coming here!
Dr. Blackham was harsh, cold, and rude. Would never recommend him to anyone. I struggle with depression and other mental health disorders. I was having severe knee pain and when physical therapy was not successful I went back for second appointment. He told me that the pain was in my head and I was simply a depressed person. I had x-rays showing deformations in my knees that he simply ignored. I cried as he did his physical exam it was so brutal and painful.
Great on all levels. Good listener too.
First full hip replacement 10 years ago. Very happy with staff and Dr Calton. Recovery was excellent & returned to full activities in 3 months. When 2nd hip needed replacement, I eagerly scheduled with Dr Calton again.
Was easily able to schedule surgery that fit my timetable. Dr Calton & his staff are very friendly & well trained and took the time to fully explai in detail his new technique until I understood it. I never felt rushed & all my questions were answered.
Thx, Dr Calton! U R #1!
Straight forward, knowledgeable in his field, and extraordinary in the relationship of easiest way to get you back on the road.
I highly recommend Dr. Callister. He was direct with me about the seriousness of my injury. He was compassionate and caring. Today I have an excellent range of motion and ability with my injured arm. Bless him and his staff.
Dr. Scharmann takes the time needed in order to try and help you figure out your issue.
It might be a longer wait to see him, but he is the best doctor I've seen.
I had a good experience with Dr. Blackham and was well-treated by all of his staff on my two visits. On the first I got a detailed diagnosis, prognosis and explanation of my treatment options and on the second - a pain injection for my rotator cuff - the staff found room for me in the doctor's schedule within a few days.
I found him friendly, engaged and helpful.
PS: The pain injection itself was painless and brought me 90-95% instant and continuing pain relief in the weeks since.
I saw Neil Callister for a fractured leg and was not pleased with the level of care at all. In every interaction, he was very brusque. He didn't take the time to explain the treatment plan. He acted annoyed when I would ask question and every appt. felt rushed. I was also given conflicting information. I wouldn't recommend him.
I do not recommend Dr. Callister to anyone. The receptionist was rude, Dr. Callister was an arrogant jerk, the x-ray tech was rude, and his assistant that follows him into the exam rooms has no people skills what so ever. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a dr.'s office. The fact that they have any patients is mind boggling. My mother warned me about him, and I should have listened. I wish I could explain everything that happened, but no enough room on here. Go figure.
I had broken my ankle, the Dr that originally had messed it up and wanted to fuse my ankle. I went to See Dr Goucher for a 2nd opinion and wish I would have seen him first, Dr Goucher straightened everything out and I did not have to have my ankle fused, I am back to normal. He did a very good job.1.
Compassionate advocate for me, but was not comfortable performing a procedure I needed. Referred me to a horrible colleague for treatment, wished I could have stuck with Dr. Harrison instead. My impression is that he is confident, able with diagnosis, easy to talk to, well educated, experienced, but short on time. I recommend him.
In my opinion, staff is pleasant but seem frightened by the doctor. Before long I understood why. Barbaric treatment, woefully inadequate anesthesia for procedure, cold, disrespectful, rushed, bad attitude. I've met veterinarians with lots more compassion for patients. Avoid this one folks!
I have had trigger finger injections 3 times on 2 different fingers over the past 5 years. He has solved my problems quickly.
My journey started with him almost a year ago this month. He's been amazing, going above and beyond to help me and fix my issues. Thx Dr. Batchinson
Dr. Bachison is an amazing Dr, and person.
He has always been right there to help me.
And I have to Say that Andrea works for Dr Bachison at the reception desk. She is cheerful, Efficient, Very Helpful, understanding and she is How you treat your patients..
Thank you Dr. Bachison
And thank you Andrea (I hope I spelled your name right)
The first visit (consultation) he was so informative, answered every question I had (which was a lot) very polite! As soon as I had my surgery his bed side manner was wonderful, he made me feel like I was a relative and kept checking on me while I was in recovery as well as the rehabilitation unit. I recommended him to my mother and will continue to recommend him to . If you're wondering what I had done I has my T2-L2 spinal fusion do to scoliosis. And the other staff is great too!
Dr. Goucher has my confidence. He took measures to ensure surgery was not needed. The alternative prescribed has been most helpful. I will continue to go to Dr. Goucher yearly as I am a diabetic. I have and will continue to recommend him to others in need of an orthopedist.
