One star is more than they deserve. We were referred to the office for my daughter to have her first well woman exam and they refused to allow her mom to be with her. My daughter was under an extreme amount of anxiety over the appointment “white coat syndrome” and wanted her mom with her. Wouldnt explain the questions they needed to ask, that they assumed would not be answered honestly in the presence of the parent. Over all unprofessional and lousy concern for patient needs.

Dr. Abbott is always in a hurry to get in and out with her patients. No personality at all. Operates like a robot. She needs to retire.
