I need scar revisions. My recommendation would be to consult with a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon.

Contact Is awful. Based on the lack of human response. If I had known about this before I would not use this office, that is a shame because the surgeon/ dentist is good.

I had a tooth extraction by Dr. Chatelain a month ago. I was very happy with how it went. I have a lot of dental fear from childhood and an incident I had with an oral surgeon in Michigan. A heated blanket calmed my anxiety. I didn't feel a thing from start to finish and when I woke up I didn't think they had started. I had about a 15 minute wait before they started and wished I would have kept my phone as they had laid my things aside. If I had asked and I am sure they would have given them to me. Waiting = anxiety for me. Afterwards, I had a few questions that were answered well. I waited to send this in because they said my mouth would be back to normal in about 2 weeks. That is true. I was happy that the antibiotic and pain medication that they prescribed (just in case) wasn't required. I don't like to take an antibiotic unless it is necessary. I didn't need either prescription. I will return to Dr. Chatelain if needed. Pain free. Stress free. Awesome!

My dentist referred me to Dr. Saigusa. He asked a lot of questions and patiently waited for the answers. He confirmed what my dentist suspected was the problem but only a surgeon can correct my ailment. Dr. Saigusa is very emphatic and compassionate. He immediately scheduled my surgery and explained the procedure. His nurse is the best, very kind and treats you like family. I highly recommend Dr. Saigusa to anyone who needs oral or facial surgery.

Was very impressed with him and his staff. He spent the time to respectfully answer all my questions and I never felt rushed or talked down to. He was very kid friendly as my young daughter was the patient.

Bekka, (who is office manager) is such a wonderful person, my family and I want to adopt her; Bekka also was there in the beginning to assist with the entire process from the financial element to the timeline and what to expect from the full implant process! The implant process, despite the challenge my jawbone presented, was E-A-S-Y! Dr Chatelain was very friendly and informative on my first visit. The office staff used a computer to look at my oral surgery needs. The computer exam and the doctor’s review of my records made me feel I had chosen a great Oral Surgeon. As an older patient, I was excited to know that there was an answer to my needs!

My wife has been trying to contact Brandy or anyone and they don't answer the phone. She was told someone would contact her two days ago and they have not. She needs surgery and is in a lot of pain.

Dr.Saigusa saved my moms life after she was shot in the head in 2005. Not only did he put her face back together, he saved her a lifetime of being on a feeding tube. He’s not just a brilliant Dr. but a caring human being, that literally performed a miracle. I have had more time with my mother because of him.

I had all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Chatelain. Dr. Chatelain and his team were very informative and accommodating to my schedule. They were able to see me for a consultation and schedule my procedure for the same week. After my surgery Dr. Chatelain and his team made sure I had everything I needed for my recovery. Dr chatelain was amazing to work with! I was very nervous about my procedure and he was made sure I was very Comfortable making sure I new everything that was going to take place. I had tori removed and was expecting a lot of pain. Dr. Saigusa was very informative and had a great bedside manner, much better than most surgeons. I had very little pain and a quick recovery. I would recommend Dr. Saigusa and Tyler Oral Facial Surgery very highly.

DR Terres in Tyler TX is EXCELLENT without a doubt one of the Very Best doctors I have ever had! He is Top Of The Notch in every way! He goes above and beyond. So pleased I have sent his site to many others, friends and family. So Thankful for his help and expertise in every way! His staff is over the top Excellent as well. Luv This Guy..... Has changed my Life and best friends as well after being kicked in the face by wild horse and nearly died! THANK YOU DR TERRES!!!
