Saw Dr. Hergert a few weeks ago while visiting in Southlake about lower and upper back problems. He was very thorough and professional. Have been to chiropractors for years to treat herniated discs, etc. He is one of the best chiropractors I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable. Staff also very helpful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tigges is the best internist I've ever had. My whole family goes to him and he has accurately diagnosed things that other doctors missed. He has great contacts - the best of the best - if you ever need a referral to a specialist. I trust any referral he gives. On top of it all, he is funny, pleasant and just a great person! Do note - he tells it like it is and doesn't sugar-coat - a trait I appreciate. I can't recommend him enough. Oh and his nurses are nice, responsive and efficient.

Dr. Tigges and his staff always listen and you never feel rushed or hoodwinked. Dr. Tigges is an excellent physician who is always professional, personable and very knowledgeable when it comes to the business side of his practice as well. He is well versed in coding and reimbursement. If you are looking for a genuine physician that will treat you with respect, make an appt. with Dr. Tigges.

I had blood in my urine for awhile and was misdiagnosed . When I finally was sent to a kidney dr Dr Tigges didn't want to release my records . I had to get them released . The reason why is because there were signs of kidney damage over 5 years ago in my records . Thanks to my son I have a new kidney but all of that could have been prevented if Dr Tigges could read my blood tests properly . He is the clean sharp dressed guy that runs a puppy mill .

I was impress with the walk in. Up front staff on point. When call back not a wide open door approach of Welcoming after your wait! Can't be bothered open door come back!! I am in customer service. Then a bad really bad attitude. Which I challenged and was told she was not being coy trying to do her job. She is not in day care and I am not a child. I am a customer in a business that you do not own and I am a paying customer do not be rude to me. Will not be back.

I have visited Dr. Tigges twice so far as my new primary care physician. On the first visit, he more or less just took notes on his computer and asked a few questions. His nurse was not friendly at all. She took all the information about the prescriptions I was taking asking questions. On my second visit she was very rude! She was going over my medication list and would ask a question. If I answered with more than one word, she would interrupt me and talk down to me rudely saying about

I have seen Dr. Tigges for various things over the last 20 years. My last visit, he referred me to a cardiologist due to a loud heart murmur. Thankfully his office followed up with me when I didn't schedule that appointment. I am now successfully recovering from heart surgery, that I would not have had if not for Dr. Tigges' expertise and follow up.
