I was getting an annual exam a few years back, one nurse tried to get my blood for testing, she sticks needle three times and still can not find my blood vessel, she was going to try 4th time... had to stop her. She send me to a clinic. Don’t think I want to get another try from her. Front Administrator named Brenda is very rude, she shouted at me to “Seat Down and get out her face” when I was trying to get a medical record transferred to a different Doctor.

After having a stress test at Dr. Russey's office, I received a vague diagnosis. The nurse said she would have someone contact me that day to further explain. After I never received a return call, I called the next day to find she had not found the answer nor bothered to do so. Dr. Russey called me. He mansplained and continuously interrupted when I asked him about the diagnosis. He eventually said he really didn't know the answer either and I would have to see a cardiologist.

Dr. Russey is competent but is very interested in pushing additive services. The main reason for my bad review is on two occasions I have needed a signature (for an adoption health certification immediately after a physical - signature only required for predefined form confirming general health) and I needed his staff to just stamp a form for my wellness program stating I had a physical (gives me points towards price reductions next yr). Dr. Russey charged me $25 for each of these easy requests.
