I would give zero stars if I could. He is unkind, dismissive, blatantly refused to listen, and my appointment was one of the most violating experiences of my life. I got diagnosed with endometriosis, had surgery, got an IUD that had complications, and I was still having severe pain, so Sandmann was recommended as a second opinion by a family member that knows him. Not ONCE did he ask why I wanted a second opinion, not ONCE did he ask about my pain. He expressed irritation that the side effects of intense medications like Orilissa concerned me. He inferred that I was shopping around for another surgery. He immediately suggested an IUD after I explained how traumatic my first was and how I’d never get one again. I can’t fit everything here, but there’s so much more. On top of that, I learned from family that he spoke to them about my appointment! The situation was one of the most disturbing I’ve been in, and I got out of there as quick as I could. He doesn’t care about patient privacy

Thank you Thank you Dr. Sandmann! My experience with Dr. Sandman and his staff from the first visit, surgery and my final 6 week check up was outstanding. The staff was very professional and caring. My pre surgery procedure was perfectly explained and they were very caring in calming my nerves. Billing was handled professionally. It was straightforward. No surprises. Caring professional staff. Well organized office. Never had to wait longer than a few minutes. Ladies if you have been putting off having surgery all I can say is Just do it! Dr. Sandmann gave me my life back. I am so grateful!

Sandmann is very skilled in his practice. He offered me realistic options for someone of my age (28) with pelvic pain after having children and wasnt trying to push any extensive procedures such as hysterectomies or mesh slings. He said we could do a diagnostic laparoscopy for some piece of mind to find out why I was having pelvic pain. Recovery was very quick and only a super tiny scar which will probably be invisible soon. H was able to confirm that all my organs looked great and I didnt have endometriosis, fibroids or any other uterine issues. He said I would most likely benefit from some pelvic floor physical therapy to strengthen those muscles again after childbirth. Physical therapy is at a separate clinic and is going well but I am so happy Dr Sandmann referred me to a physical therapist because its helped tremendously and I had no idea physical therapy for your pelvis was even a thing.

This guy is a fraud. I came in to see about a surgery to help the constant bleeding I had. I had a clear Pap smear 2 weeks before. He asked me to lie down for an “exam”, proceeded to do an exam. I started screaming from the pain, he was CUTTING INTO MY CERVIX. I said, what are you doing? He answered, A BIOPSY. I NEVER CONSENTED AND DEFINITELY HAD NO SYMPTOMS OF A NEED FOR THIS. This Dr does not care about women’s health.

Front office staff was rude. Started that Dr Sandmann could not help a patient with a history of cervical cancer.

Dr. Sandmann performed my surgery on 9-11-18. Best doctor ever! Highly recommend him! I’m a nurse!

I was referred to Dr. Sandmann who spent very little time listening to me re: my painful symptoms. He was eager to schedule a surgery that was entirely unnecessary. .Had he taken the time to do an ultrasound, rather than insist that a 7 cm simple ovarian cyst would not have changed much in the one week since my initial ultrasound, he would have known without a doubt that my cyst had ruptured. Surgery wasn't needed, antibiotics were. Glad I trusted my gut and canceled the surgery.

Dr. Sandmann did my hysterectomy. I went to him after 8 years of pain and several doctors. He is amazing. Very informative. Very thorough. His staff is incredible. I highly recommend Dr. Sandmann.

He did my prolapse surgery. Bedside manors were great. Everything went well. Staff was very nice. Thumbs up!!!!!!

He is caring and competent. Gives you the time you need. His staff is wonderful.

Dr Sandmann is excellent at what he does! I was in and out for a full hysterectomy in less than 24 hours. I was off of the pain pills in another 48 hours and back to my life. Seriously!!!! I had a great experience with him and Baylor hospital and can't imagine anyone doing a better than that. Thank you Dr. Sandmann!!!

Dr Sandmann delivered all 4 of my children I wouldn't recommend anyone else. He's an amazing man treats you with respect and compassion. Loves on you and tells you like it is. I completely trust him with myself and my children. I highly recommend.

Dr.sandman has a very good bed side manner...he doesn't beat around the Bush you know exactly what's going on from start to finish and I think that's very important with woman's health
