You will wait 45 to 60 minutes past your appointment time at every visit. They schedule every 15 minutes with actual patient/doctor time probably takes at least 30 minutes. They start the day behind and it only gets worse the later your appointment.

After suffering for many years with nasal congestion, snoring and trouble breathing, I turned to Texas ENT’s Dr Newland for Sinuplasty and Clarifix surgery, I can now breathe better and sleep lying down… thank you Dr. Newland!

Stay away from this practice! I was having constant drainage and cough. Dr Newland’s bedside manner is arrogant, dismissive and rude. He treated me and at my follow up appointment he said that I was discharged. I said how can you discharge me when I have a terrible sinus infection from the procedure? Gave me an antibiotic that did not work. Called and said it had not gone away and did get a follow up call for 4 days. Even left a call with their on call night service and got no follow up call. Terrible doctor. Terrible follow up service. No return calls. Staff does not care. Bad attitude of everyone involved. The whole office comes across as if they make too much money and don’t care if you get good care or not!

Dr. Neilan has been our family's ENT physician for years. He is always kind and concerned, while listening to our issues. He never takes notes or types on a laptop during our appointments, rather he sits and has a conversation. After his examination, he makes recommendations and lets us know how to proceed with addressing our health issues. He never rushes you or leaves the room until you understand the treatment plan. We are very pleased with our care we receive from Dr. Neilan, however he can be tough to get an appointment with because of these same reasons!

Overbooked and rushed. Took a month for established patient with acute issue to gain appointment (after being told it would be 3 months, and explaining issue). Was told to email through portal if needed, as office staff will not deviate from script. During course of treatment had concerning side effects. Emailed as requested, no answer. On follow up visit was told "Maybe I received email, but I get so many I didn't read it" Office staff is indifferent at best, rude at worst. Capable doctor, horrible office management.

This Surgeon is the worst form of human possible. He botched my nose to the extent it will cost thousands to repair. Including the facial paralysis after the procedure. DO NOT TRUST HIM

If you are OK with a NEW patient consultation with Dr Chimenti for an under 5 MINUTES visit after waiting for an hour and a half and getting charged $340 for it then please go ahead and choose him ??????? because I am NOT Ok with it. Will never recommend him.

Both hubby and I have been to Dr. Chimenti and have been pleased with our results. He answers all our questions and we trust him to tell us what is needed to resolve the problem. Very satisfied with the doctor, his PA and staff. Also appreciate that they will let you stay in your car and call you when you can go into the exam room as the waiting room can get crowded.

Dr Rance Raney performed my complete thyroidectomy at MHTW hospital. He was so thorough and did an amazing job. The office staff was professional, caring, and well organized. I highly recommend Dr Rainey and his team.

Due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism of Dr Raney’s clinic supervisor, Ana Sampora, today, we will no longer go to Dr. Raney. Ana Samparo was overly assertive to me and my 86 year old mother, who was having breathing issues when wearing a mask at today’s visit. My mother was distraught and having great difficulty breathing, so she couldn’t wear a mask. At one point, Ana barked that my mom had to put on mask. I asked Ana several times to have compassion for my 86 year old mother. But, Ana continued with her assertiveness. I would expect in such a situation that Ana start the conversation, after introduction, with something more in line with “I understand Mrs Anderson that you are having trouble breathing with the mask, but given Covid, we must require you to wear a mask to protect yourself and our staff. Let me look into a telemedicine appointment with Dr Raney or you can reschedule when masks are no longer required.” But no, Ana was demanding and stern! not going back!

Doesn't explain anything except dx at end of appt and that is very rushed, hops in and out of clinic room as quickly as she can not allowing for questions, more than two hours in office for 10 min of face time.
