Review of Dr. Sharma

- |

He's probably a competent doctor, but he rushes through everything. The office staff doesn't return calls in a timely manner. They are very busy at this office and probably see too many people each day so the care you get after a long wait is rushed. I was actually referred to Dr. Sharma's partner Seema Dar but my pain was so bad, I couldn't wait the 3 weeks for an appointment with her and had to settle for Dr. Sharma.

I had a very positive experience. I was quickly called back and the doctor was waiting for me. He showed me the pictures of the procedure and explained the areas of concern. He was informative and listened to questions/comments I had. I told him I was looking for a new PCP-he took the time to refer someone in my area and checked to make sure they were taking new patients before giving me their information. On time, thorough, patient, attentive and helpful! I really liked the staff as well!

Review of Dr. Theard

Saw Dr Theard a few years. Consistently late. Did not agree with treatment based on test results. Went for a 2nd opinion and he didn't agree either. I am no longer seeing Dr Theard.

Do not recommend this office at all. Very poor quality and worst timing ever. Both times that I have been here I've arrived early and they still took more than 40 minutes to an hour after the set appointment time to take me in. They even call you to reschedule your first set appointment often. Terrible service. I go to ask the woman behind the counter why I've been waiting for 30 minutes to see Sharma, and before I utter a word, she says she'll see when the doctor can get with me with such attit

Review of Dr. Theard

Doctor Theard is a HORRIBLE doctor! My mother went to see her for stomach pain and this doctor told her that the symptoms she felt were "all in her mind" and she would just have to "live with it". After being hospitalized with severe anemia (had to have 3 transfusions) we found that, in fact, my mother had a bleeding ulcer in her stomach and this doctor either ignored or was too ignorant to recognize it. Dr. Theard is a TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!

I first met Dr. Theard 8 months ago for a way overdue colonoscopy. Long story short, she was able to remove an extremely large polyp in a very complex procedure. Her patience, understanding, and knowledge has been so reassuring from our first visit. Most of all, she surrounds herself with an impeccable staff. What a relief to return for my followup scope and be able to see all familiar faces before lights-out. "No growth" is music to my ears!

Dr. Theard saved my life. She is the most professional, dedicated and most talented doctor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I thank the Lord for her every day. I am a survivor of colon cancer. Mary

Review of Dr. Sharma

- in New Braunfels, TX |

I waited over two hours past my appointment time for a colonoscopy. He came by after the procedure but told my wife he didn?t have time to answer her questions. He never came back. I woke up in intense pain from too much air pumped into me. He also inflamed hemorrhoids which six weeks later are still painful. I had no pain going into the procedure. This was the third colonoscopy I?ve had and the only one with any pain. Two different pharmacies could not get hold of his office.

Review of Dr. Theard

I went to Dr Theard because a friend referred me. I had to see the PA first to get in. I've been dealing with this GI problem for over a year. The PA aid I had gastroparesis OK gave me some meds I had a reaction to it. The PA said I should see the Dr Theard because I told her my PCP said not to take this med. I saw Dr Thread and she asked me what's wrong I tried to tell her and cuts me off and says you have pancreatitis and went to get me some meds I told her no because I had a reaction to that
