Her nurse Rose has no bedside manners and is very rude. Dr Lang is not very responsive and treats you like a number. Horrible customer service from this team.

Dr. Kalter has treated me for several years. My rare condition has steadily improved with no side effects. He is attentive, listens carefully, is highly intelligent, and knows what to do. He prefers the least invasive approach to treatment, and, in my case, it has been very effective.

Dr. Drengler is an amazing oncologist who is thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly at each visit. He answers all questions and never rushes. His staff members are also thorough and helpful. It is great to be able to go to one site for all tests, prescriptions, etc. He communicates often with all doctors involved in your treatment.

I have been in Dr Kalter's practice for 8 yrs. He's an outstanding MD and I have complete confidence in his recommendations. I have a very rare form of leukemia but that's hardly an impediment to his work. When I have a bizarre lab blood workup, he quickly sorts out the important from the nits. If I have a downturn, I know he'll provide me the attention I need. Don

I have only Dr. Lang to thank for saving my life! She explains everything in detail and is always willing to answer question after question. She has a soft spoken gentleness along with the expert knowledge in her field that makes her one of a kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Lang to anyone who is going through breast cancer.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Salih. He is an outstanding Dr., and a wonderful person. He takes his time to answer all your questions. He encourages you to ask him questions in the first place, and he takes every effort to ensure that you understand. Very personable. He takes his personal time to study your case, refer with other Dr’s, and gets back with you PERSONALLY! I think the world of this Dr., and I know that his staff highly respects him as well. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Salih!,

I feel like I would not have survived without her. She was willing to step out on a limb with a relatively new drug and she saved my life. She also has the best bedside manner of any doctor that I have ever seen. She is a true professional. She takes her time with you and makes sure you are aware of all your options. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Don't see Dr. Kalter if diagnosed with Amayloidosis. He doesn't know how to treat the disease and gets offended when questioned. It's because he doesn't know answers but doesn't want to tell you that. Instead, he'd rather let your loved one die. Worst doctor i've ever come across in my life.

Dr Kalter has been very helpful and patient . He has answered my questions and helped me understand my cancer. His staff is very caring and knowledgeable. Everyone has been so supportive . It is not easy to have cancer as a companion in my life but I feel hopeful and confident with Dr. Kalter and his staff. Sometimes I have to wait but its not a problem and I know that when my turn comes I wlll get the time I need with the doctor. Thank you all for being there. Donna K.

I called Dr. Kalter several times and could only the answering machine for his appointment secretary. I left a message and ask to call me back and they never did. I was recomended by my family doctor to Dr. Kalter but he seems to busy to get new patinets. I am also writing this so Dr. Kalter know how bad his secretary system works. They never calls back.

Although I trust Dr. Lang's level of experience and the protocol she recommended, I feel there is a lack of communication. I am on anti-cancer drugs now and and no one from her office has checked to see how I am doing. Also, when I call, I sometimes do not get a call back, so I have not communicated with this facility since January.

Dr. Papadopoulos and his nurse, Carolyn, are some of the most compassionate health care providers I have ever met. If you have a concern, he does not dismiss it, instead he will take note of it and will follow up with you about it. I feel grateful to have such a great medical team on my side! Highly recommend, get to San Antonio if you can!
