Review of Dr. Otero

-

My husband had to wait almost 4 hours to be seen by a PA, not the doctor, to tell him that his colonoscopy was normal and to come back in 5 years for his next colonoscopy.

great DR, great staff, HORRIBLE BILLING DEPT! They overcharged me and have given me one dead end Phone # after another. 3rd party foreign billing dept of absolutely no use in getting refund owed to me (in the HUNDREDS) Can not, and would not, in good conscience refer anyone to this office/Dr

Review of Dr. Ramirez

If I didn’t have to click on that 1star to leave a review I wouldn’t click on any stars! Dr. Ramirez and her staff need a lesson on bedside manners. They’re VERY unprofessional! No call backs on tests results, no return calls and no compassion.

Review of Dr. Ramirez

- in San Antonio, TX |

I had the worst experience with this doctor. After going in for the second appointment after the first appointment was had to be rescheduled without a call from her or the office . My options were to wait 4 hours. I then had to wait over an hour an 45 minutes. After trying to discuss with the doctor Belinda she proceeded to burst into tears and walkout our without treating me for a GI visit. I found her and SAGA beyond unprofessional !

Review of Dr. Guerra

- in Poteet, TX |

Dr. Guerra is one of the kindest doctors I know. I have gone to him for the past 10-12 years. I dread the day he retires. I don't see him often, but when I do I feel like i am getting the best care possible.

Review of Dr. Ramirez

- in San Antonio , TX |

I would NEVER, NEVER. NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone I love or care for since neither doctor nor receptionist listens or cares to listen to the patient. Her personal receptionist Mary is very unprofessional and rude. They are very pushy about scheduling additional procedures and then get angry when patient does not agree to those procedures. Extremely long waiting time approximately 3 to 4 hours!!!!!

Review of Dr. Serna IV

-San Antonio, TX |

I was in Methodist Metropolitan ICU 2 days and a normal room a 3rd. I saw Dr. Serna for 3 minutes on the 1st day, from across the room before an endoscopy, and that's it. (He stiffed me when escorted to my car.) Calling his office to set up a follow-up, staff were unhelpful and wanted me to fill out a whole new patient case. He didn't communicate with nurses and they frequently guessed at what was happening. I also had to -request- that he endoscopy my stomach since he wanted only colonoscopy.
