Dr. Mulrow patiently explains complex medical conditions in a way us patients can easily understand. He’s friendly and gives patients the time they need for explanations and questions. He’s not rushing from one patient to another. Staff is friendly and helpful. He’s an excellent doctor.

I love Dr. Nandyala. My experience with her was an emergency. I was retaining fluids and had to go to ER and ICU. She later performed a heart cath.on me to reveal I had a blocked artery. I have a new cardiologist now that I really have a lot of trust in! Kathleen Odem.

The office will not return my calls after I have left messages for 3 days. It goes straight to voicemail and ask to leave message I don’t know why if no o e calls you back. Very hard to talk to someone due to many doctors in offices. In his office they are not there or don’t care

I have been kept waiting between 90-120 minutes every visit. Dr us very nice and personable but office staff and promptness are terrible.

She was wonderful. One of my best doctors.

90 minute wait and left. Medicines prescribed were right off the internet. Allergic to both. No follow up. Not recommended.

I have been seeing Dr. Donovan for over 15 years. He has treated me for an aortic valve problem, and now, heart failure. While he is a cardiologist, he is more holistic than just focusing on the heart. In May of 2021, I went to ER for an enzyme problem that was affecting my heart. I was transferred to Methodist Hospital and Dr. Donovan was the first doctor to see me, brightening my day at 0600 with his infectious smile and manner. He worked with the hospitalist and the pulmonary doctors to get me well. And on the same day as that early visit, he also dropped by at 9:30 PM after a long day of surgery and an emergency. Some complain about his punctuality for appointments- he simply gets more into a day than anyone I know. And I’ve never felt rushed during the visit. He answered all my questions and I feel genuinely satisfied. If I were only permitted one doctor in my life, it would be Dr. Donovan.

She was SO rude and very short with me. Dismissed me because I was young. Went elsewhere for care.

I was expecting to be seen by someone who would listen and explain my symptoms away, but I got the complete opposite. Dr. Tontiplaphol was SUPER thorough and kind. The first thing he said to me was, "Tell me everything that's been going on. Start from the beginning." He listened to ALL of my concerns and made me feel less crazy. He went above and beyond to make sure that nothing was overlooked. I am beyond grateful and confident being in his care. THANK YOU!!

He did a heart catherization for me. It went seamlessly. Do not fret if you need this procedure. Your are in most excellent hands. NO Pain, no anxiety, no fear, relax and let him do what he does best...take care of his patients. Even during COVID , and needing to be tested before the procedure, tedious extra trip, and testing false positive.... it was a piece of cake. Trust God and trust yourself into this mans hands as he practices his profession most excellently.

During the current stressful times, Dr. Rao did an amazing job! I think as a patient we just want to be heard, understood and feel some compassion. I’m not sure how long Dr. Rao how been working but his bed side manner was amazing. He explained things to me at my level and tried his best to relate to my fear and anxiety I was feeling. I think showing a patient you care is one of the most important things. Some doctors hear you out, write you prescription and get you on your way. He was not like that. So I thank you Dr. Rao for a great doctors visit that made feel comfortable.

Dr. Nandyala is an excellent, knowledgeable and comprehensive cardiologist who takes the time to not only explain, in detail, needed information, but also takes the time to listen and respond to concerns, give recommendations to move forward with regard to care and treatment. I’m so pleased and feel blessed that my husband’s cardiology concerns are now in great hands.

Seven months to do three exams. Very frustrating. You’d probably get more timely results in a ER. I waited patiently because of Covid-19. Dr. Triana was kind and he explained things. The problem was that most of the communication occurs with his staff. Which in my experience was Horrible!! I have a long list of complaints but in short summery. It is not worth a heart attack. Nurse Casandra particularly gave me a difficult time. She was very dismissive of my chest pains and belittling. Admin. would forget to inform me of insurance approvals-exam appts. One exam was not initially approved by insurance, if I would not have caught that. I would have been held responsible to pay out of pocket. The stress test took me days to recover as my breathing had changed greatly in the weeks prior. I had to insist on wearing a M-95 for that exam, staff denied it. Finally I was able to get it approved by Dr. Triana. Difficult choices. Insurance will approve a wrist pressure cuff. Get one.Problem solved

In March I was refer by my cardiologist to be part of a tricuspid valve clip repair study Dr Donovan is heading. I made it through the TTE procedure in May. While under sedation, I heard him say I would benefit greatly from the clip repair but I did not meet the qualifications. I attempted serveral times to find out the reason, but all his nurse would say was all participants had to be in a "XYZ" category and I fell in a "WXYZ" category. Never got response from Dr himself. My cardiologist tried contacting him directly and he did not recieve a response either. I was then referred to another valve specialist who reviewed my case to present to the surgical team for review. Dr. Donavan is a member of that team. Today I recieved word that I was not recommended for surgery and I have to wait for Dr. Donavan to talk with my cardiologist. I suspecting that if Dr Donavan had responded to my cardiologist in the beginning, I could have saved time and money with the second. I am waiting again.??

Dr Triana and staff are the best in the world. Trust them with my life!

Dr Saad is an excellent cardiac Physician using up-to-date technology and proven medical skill. I fell fortunate to have him as my cardiologist.

As usual, very Professional and through. Very satisfied.

this was a virtual visit. Dr. Triana is always very clear in his explanations and cordial in our visits. i highly recommend him and his team.
