Dr Faber Takes the time to go over diagnosis with you it's also willing to work with you on medications to find a best solution for whatever disorder you have. He is always asking for your input And that is something that is important to me as a patient. I like the fact the he understands we all have different needs.

She asks me to stop take medicine that I have take for more than 15 years. Because she believes the medicine is dangerous.It is not professional. There should be transition between switch the medication.

I have been seeing her for about a year. She listens and she is flexible so that we come to the best plan for me. I enjoy my time with her.

Dr. Chaisson-McRae is ?¤?Fantastical??? and super awesome! I've always got my prescriptions pronto and she listens well and is willing to try new things to ensure a dope outcome! I highly recommend her after over six years of wonderful care!!!

After 20 years of doctors keeping me on Xanax, I was up to 8 milligrams a day! When I finally left my former practitioner's over 3 years ago Dr. Deeves was there for me and within 9 months I was totally off Xanax. She was very caring and helped me through some of the darkest times of my life. I'm so glad to be Xanax free and I credit Dr. Deeves for helping me get rid of that addiction. I fully recommend Dr. Deeves to anyone who is looking for a caring, compassionate mental health provider.

Dr Deeves has done a very good job of treating my depression. I have been under her care for nearly 5 years. She is straight forward and professional. She is sincere in her desire to provide effective treatment and shows concern for my well being. If you are serious about dealing with your depression, I recommend Dr. Deeves.

Dr. Deeves has been and is so wonderful! She truly cares about her patients and has been a loyal, trustworthy doctor of mine for 5 years. I highly recommend seeing her, and her staff is a delight to work with compared to other places. Overall, as a patient, I feel genuinely understood, cared for, and helped by Dr. Deeves.

Dr. Deeves is a fantastic doctor. She takes the time to actually listen to me and has great availability when I need to see her.

Honestly, if you have any issues with your kid's diagnosis, do not use her or really, anyone else in that office for that matter. She's extremely late to appointments, and without even talking to your kid (or you), she's already decided what she's going to do. Any deviation on your side from what she has already decided to do, and you'll get dropped. I feel like she doesn't listen, and she's not really interested in any details about your kid's situation. She just wants to update the chart, prescribe pills and get you out of her hair.

Dr. Cavazos is incredible. Super informative, caring, and med management.

Been seeing Dr. Deeves for several years. She is great at building professional relationships and has treated me with the utmost care and compassion. Highly recommend Dr. Deeves.

Horrible! She does not care about your problem

It was weird. He diagnosed me as something I don’t think I have within 10 mins after asking me three questions. Wouldn’t listen to me when I tried to tell him I have been diagnosed as something different. Told me a weird story about his former patient. And told me not to look up any information online about my diagnosis or medicines and don’t tell anyone about my diagnosis, not even my husband. It made me super uncomfortable. Would not recommend him.

I’d give 0 stars if that was possible. She’s NEVER on time. She prescribed medication and wouldn’t follow up with the pharmacy or myself to fix medication issues. They were not insurance issues it was prescriber authorization errors.

I have been seeing Dr. Deeves for 3 years. She is amazingly sweet, any is concerned about what I think, how I’m feeling and about my environment. She’s helped me feel so much better about myself and work environment. She’s very knowledgeable with medication and diagnosis. Promptly on time no waiting.

Worst experience ever with Shawna Deeves. I saw her for about two years. She had me spend over $300 in test to see if my condition was real even after she received notice from previous doctors and could review a 15 year medical history. Never felt like I was a patient and comfortable. No "bedside manner". After seeing her for so long, I accidentally let a $40 co-pay check return and I never received a phone call about it. Without notice, I received a letter from Dr. Deeves directly stating she could no longer be my doctor and would have to find a new one asap. When I called Alamo Mental Health group to ask why, she wouldn't talk to me and staff said because of my $40 co pay (she did receive full payment from insurance though). I paid the $40 and Dr. Deeves still refused to see me again. She is concerned with the money more than the well being of her patients.

Wonderful listener and after 20 years of different Drs and tons of different meds, ONLY DR. FABRE FIGURED OUT MY CORRECT MEDS & DOSAGES!!

When my teen daughter needed the most help.....you removed yourself from her care....what happened to duty? Caring for others? You do not display that

Don’t see this doctor! She is beyond rude. Doesn’t take the time to explain well of what medication she is providing her patients. Several times i would ask questions about different medication my son was on a dm it’s almost as if she would get offended that I’m asking. She is always late to appointments and not just by 10-20 min, I’m talking hours! She is very rude in the way she talks to people. As a first time parent with a child who has autism and is adhd i had several questions about medications my son was on, i would ask before shoving something down my sons throat and she would say things like “i already told you I’m not explaining myself again” “why do you always question me” “why do you always complain about medication”. Very rude! Take It from me, don’t waste your time or money!

She is the worst psychiatrist I have ever encountered. She made sure to remind me that I had an upcoming appointment with her. On the day of the appointment she accepted my payment of $150+, brought me into her office and proceeded to tell me that she would no longer see me as a patient and that the rest of my appointment was canceled. She gave me no refills or referrals to help me find another doctor. She was rude, uncouth, and had horrible bed side manners. I would definitely NOT recommend her to anyone who takes their mental health seriously. She was quick to take my money, but of no use when it came time to provide actual care.
