Excellent. I have been her patient for over 20 years. She is caring. Takes her time. Keeps abreast of new treatment and meds but doesn’t meet with drug salesmen. She is an excellent diagnostician. I literally trust her with my life and hope to have a lifetime relationship with her. I went to several very good doctors before finding her but her thoroughness is puts them to shame.

Dr Hallmark balances care, empathy, and warmth with the highest professional standards. I have felt both healthier and smarter, after every visit with her. That her staff adores her so says a lot about the kind of leader she is. Its also fantastic that most of the time she is training brand new young doctors... they couldn't ask for a better practicing role model.

Dr. Kim Heller is a kind and caring family doctor. She is knowledgeable and up to date on medical issues. I am blessed she is my doctor. Her office is nice and her staff is very efficient and helpful.

Dr. Hallmark is caring very doctor. She listens to you, & she always has her staff follows up if need be. She always answers your questions & concerns via the portal. I would recomend Dr. Hallmark in a heartbeat. She's awesome!

I am a current patient of Juanita Sprute, MD. She is not only the best PCP I have ever had based on her knowledge of numerous medical issues, but her compassion and care for her patients is rarely seen these days. She not only listens to you, talks honestly to you, and with you, not at you, and knows who you are and your medical conditions. She does not rush her patients, and is very responsive when you have a question to her. She is one of a kind.

My father was a patient of Dr. Sprute's. After my father had difficulty speaking for months, we had to beg Dr. Sprute to refer him to a neurological specialist - since she didn't deem it an "emergency". Once we were able to get him to a neurologist, he was properly diagnosed with ALS. Because of her failings, he missed out on months of appropriate treatment for his illness. I find it remarkable that a medical professional didn't find it concerning that a previously well man lost speaking ability

Dr. Sprute saved my life. If she had not done the tests and xrays to check a suspicion she had, I would not be alive today. The demands made on a Physician in today's world are so much, I am surprised anyone would want to go into this type of business. I have read what people have put on their review, however, they could never do the work that Medical Staff do...Thank you Jefferson Family Practice and thank you Dr. Sprute. I am alive because of you!

Throughout the years I have considered changing doctors. She rarely returns phone calls. Either you must go back and forth through her nurse or go to the office. As a pt I don’t feel as though I am a member of my own medical “team” if you will. She has way too many pts. and does take her time but the wait time is ridiculous. I’ve referred people to her who stopped going due to the wait time.

Dr. Hallmark was my doctor for years when I lived in San Antonio and I miss her greatly. She was always caring and listened and if she couldn’t pinpoint the problem, she would send you to a specialist that she thought needed to evaluate you. Love that she had an inhouse lab where you could get your blood work and everything taken care of at the same time. I would highly recommend her

This is the worse doctor I have ever experienced. She never gave me back my test results, when the test results had found out there were severe problems with my health. I waited in her office each time I saw her for over 2 hours. She is irresonisble and unconcerned with patients.

Dr Sprute is a great Dr but office seems to be run by a drill sergeant. There are weird arbitrary rules that are not patient friendly.. Whatever you do don't press #1 when you call their office!! Everyone looks sad.

I've been seeing Dr. Sprute for years and I am thankful to have her as my doctor. She is a kind and caring doctor. She will spend time with you and is willing and patient when explaining medical issues. I like that I can get my lab work and x-rays done at the office. Her staff will follow up with a phone call the day following my visit. The office staff are very helpful; when I am sick I know that I can get a same day appointment with an NP (Reina or Tiffany) if Dr. Sprute is not available.

Called to schedule a new patient visit for an annual physical, but the provider indicated that they needed to schedule two visits for annual physical, as a new patient. This provider will not help new patients with annual physicals, but instead they're looking to charge your health insurance on TWO visits. It's all about money for this provider.

I attempted to make a new patient appointment today, 10/3/ 2016 and was told the first available appointment was in February. Why are you advertising you are accepting new patients, yet you cannot get in to see the dr for 4 months. Cannot recommend anyone trying to see this doctor.

Dr. Hallmark is one of the most caring doctors I have ever been to. She takes time to listen to you, always follows up and is even thorough with her communication via the portal. I have a lot of health issues and have to ask her many questions and she is always patient with me.

My mother lives in a nursing facility. In the past 2 years, she has been unable to go to Dr. Hallmark's office for check ups and treatment because of declining health and has, therefore, been dependent on Dr. Hallmark's communication directly with the staff at the nursing facility. Unfortunately, Dr. H. is extremely difficult to reach and has not returned phone calls. We have tolerated this for a year, but now that Mom's health is declining rapidly, we decided to replace Dr. Hallmark.

Very professional and extremely pleasant physician. I especially appreciate the fact that she takes time to listen to her patients and doesn't cut them off as many others do. The staff is VERY helpful and pleasant as well and very efficient. Would recommend any of the doctors in this practice, but Dr. Hallmark is my favorite.
