Review of Dr. Ravula

She’s a physician that doesn’t spend enough time with patients (less than 5). Overbooking and double-booking patient appointments is commonly done in her office, causing longer wait times and less time spent with the physician.

Worst doctor visit ever. Dr was over an hour late coming into the office that Monday morning. She came in with a chip in her shoulder and did not ask anything about myself. Then I find out she is not an employee of Baylor Scott & White. I received a bill from them for over $100 dollars that I refuse to pay since the Dr was in the office with me for no more than 10 minutes. This dr needs to go back to college just to learn how to be professional in the cap she wears!

Review of Dr. Haynsworth Jr

-Dallas, TX |

Dr. Haynsworth is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful if you are trying to get OFF pain medication and get on with your life. If you just want more pain medication so you can lay on the couch, he probably isn't the person for you. The staff, on the other hand, are rude and contentious. They are actually employed by Baylor and they will try to bully you into paying WAY more money than you are supposed to based on your insurance information. Even when you have an EOB from the last visit!

Review of Dr. Ravula

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Ravula immediately wanted to pin point exactly the cause of pain and not just leave it up the idea that I was still having pain from a broken hip. She found the cause, began the treatment, and I was pain free for the first time since coming home. If I do have concerns about something she is very willing to listen and talk to me about them. I have been very pleased with the treatment I received from the the doctor and her staff.

I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00am. this morning. 01/17/2017,arrived early and filled out the paper work. I told the receptionist I could pay with a check today or a credit card tomorrow when I received my social security. She said to come back tomorrow when I could pay, after waiting about 30 minutes. Needless to say I was shocked as I have been his patient many years Money, money, money that's all that seems to matter, and just for one day.

Very helpful staff with the exception of the billing person Abby she did not understand how a secondary insurance works when you have already met your maximum out-of-pocket. The insurance company even called her twice and explain to her that we would not have a co-pay that they would pay 100%. She insisted they had to take the payment because the doctor requires it. Then said it was for a security deposit. they need to invest in someone that's knowledgeable and Can explain it to the doctor

Does not spend sufficient time with patients. Highly suspicious of drug abuse without cause. Offers no suggestions for alternative treatment or referrals for specific needs.
