My 72 year old mom called to make an appointment per his direction from a recent hospital stay. His staff was rude, refused to answer a single question, said they would not accept a new patient regardless of what the doctor stated. They lady on the phone refused to give her name or forward my mom to a manager. Though this isn't all that I will do to start a chain of bad PR for this staff, i hope you look elsewhere for a GI doctor with a caring staff.

Waited over three weeks to get results from endoscopy and sonogram. He knew I had hiatel hernia after endoscopy and knew I was in a lot of pain. Offered nothing to solve my problem (I don't do pain meds but he didn't offer). At follow up he only wanted more money to do more tests And suggested a NON FDA approved procedure after the next test! Still did not have immediate solution for me. We will return to Lubbock tx where Drs actually care! wait time was 3 hours all 3 times we went.
his staff will not return calls ---have called 5 plus time over a month and no return calls from him or his nurse.....
Went for colonoscopy, was sedated woke up thought procedure was done. Was brought out of sedation due to Dr being late, was scheduled for 8am finally was done at 1130 after a second station, very short stay in recovery, get up you have to get dressed. Was not wheeled out like other experiences, wife had to walk me out to vehicle. Did not hear from dr office for 10 days to advise all ok, really, other experiences staff has called to chk status on day of procedure and following day, thumbs down.
