BAYLOR SCOTT AND WHITE MEDICAL CENTER

Went to ER for severe bone pain from stage 4 lung cancer that spread to the bones, particularly the left hip and was treated as an old man with arthritis wanting pain medicine. My complete chart with my diagnoses is at Baylor, Scott and White. My family had to track down a nurse to give me fluids and blood work an hour after they were ordered. My vitals weren't checked for 3 hours. Finally a qualified nurse came in and understood why I was there and have me another bag of fluids. Went in with pain at an 8 and left with pain level of 8. Will be informing hospital administrator.

I went in to the ER and Dr. Baxley was very professional and really put me at ease and in no time after she treated me I was feeling great! I would recommend her and her staff that helped any time!

Very kind. Asked me about my high BP, my history, and we talked over general stress anxiety that triggered it. After conducting a blood test sent me on my way. Made sure to be firm at the moment when I was going off topic and not answering his questions. Didn't try to dope me up like other doctors!

Dr. Mirza introduced himself with the same phrase ("I am Dr. Mizra and I will be your doctor this morning") four times within a three minute time span. I was very concerned that he didn't remember having done that already. I received a bill for services, when I have Medicare and a supplemental with complete coverage, so I assume he did not bill my secondary. This means I have to spend time on the phone correcting this. Not impressed at all.

Came in to the ER with concerns, which Dr. Mirza quickly confirmed. He was very gentle and kind!

I was seen at 3 am for sudden, severe pain in my left side under my ribs. I couldn't even walk. The doctor diagnosed me right away with a kidney stone but said to do a CT scan anyway. The doctor said my abdomen was clear and it was just a pulled muscle. I was in as much pain when I left as when I had come in. 2.5 days later I was at a different hospital getting emergency gallbladder surgery because of adhesion to my internal organs. I was treated like a drug seeker and given no compassion.

She was great. Explained quickly and clearly, and answered all questions satisfactorily. Got all the tests done and analyzed for me in my emergency situation. Was empathetic and did a good job of explaining the serious findings.

I was cared for by this doctor in April of 2016. I came into the ER in Rockwall after a cow rolled over my leg. She misdiagnosed a broken hip and nearly had me air lifted to parkland hospital— it wasn’t broken. My parents were in Alaska and booked flights to rush home because she told me I need surgery. After she realized she was wrong we sat in the ER 3 more hours being being moved to a room and never saw her again.

Best doctor ever! I He was kind, caring and professional! I appreciate his helpfulness and will be ever thankful for him. He is one in a million! Thank you Dr.Dharamsi for you kindness, you have made a wonderful difference in my life!

I took my husband to Baylor SW McK & was pleased with good nurse & physician care. Dr D was professional, pleasant and listened. Best ER experience ever.

Questioned why I had brought my son in to the ER repeatedly after I had explained the situation. Made it seem like I was crazy. I don’t believe he even looked at his lab results. Cocky, arrogant and I don’t appreciate being made out to be an overprotective parent when I had legitimate concerns.

Saw him at Baylor McKinney, I was in severe abdominal pain and he did a 2 minute assessment then left the room to come back and said I had a drug seeking behavior. I never asked him for anything for pain but wanted to know what was causing the severe abdominal pain. After pushing him he ordered a CT which I never got any meaningful results just your ok and here is a script for pain medicine. This was the second trip to this ER in 2 weeks with the same symptoms were I was admitted.

He is a very arrogant, cocky, "know it all" ER doctor. All ER doctors @ Baylor Facility-DFW/MCKINNEY are contracted. ALWAYS, I REPEAT ALWAYS ask for a copy of anything done that day, also GO TO THE BAYLOR FACILITY about a week later and get a "FINALIZED" reading of any/every test done. You will find out CT/MRI/X-RAYS/EKG/LABS show significant findings related to your health that you may not even know about. Doctor will never talk about other findings and you WONT GET CARE as you didn't know.

I went into Baylor Medical Center in Carrollton, TX on 6/25/17 for food poisoning. I was vomitting among other things and was in a considerable amount of pain. I was given a barf bag once I was assigned to a room and as I was laying on the hospital bed I was trying to make myself vomit because that's the only way I could get relief. He told me what I was doing was stupid if I felt so bad. From there, his treatment only got worse. I felt like a burden to him and almost wanted to cry. He is awful.

She has horrible bedside manner. Never again.

Dr. Mitchell totally misdiagnosed our 16 year-old daughter and did not send us home with the correct medication to help her. Our daughter only had a UTI and Dr. Mitchell just assumed it was a kidney stone. She ordered many, expensive unnecessary tests. She was unsympathetic and her bedside manner was very poor. It is clear that her goal was only to rack up as many tests/costs for us. She didn't care that our daughter didn't need to be pumped full of drugs with an IV for a simple UTI.
