On 7 /30/2020 the doors to his office were lock with people inside wearing mask. Lately I can not get them to answer the phone, What is going on. I need refills

The reception staff always drops the ball, from medication to scheduling appointments. I rarely see the Dr, most times seen by the NP. Wait times feel like a punishment, always a two hour. Dr Garrigos seems pre occupied and rushed. This office was recommended but I would not recommend it to anyone.

They listen to my concerns and the office is clean and comfortable. They make me feel welcomed, only thing needed is coffee and cookies.

Estoy contenta con los cambios para mejor. Antes se tardan mucho para hablarme para entrar al cuarto.

Servicio excelente

It used to be a 4-hour waiting time and it was always filled with people in the lobby, so I’m glad that’s changed. Wish it was price-friendly for those who work minimum wage.

Very little time with the MD. Mostly managed by NP. Bases diagnosis & treatment on outdated previous labs, not currently ones. Med refills are impossible without appointment.
