Dr. Youssef has a great “bedside manner.” He sincerely cares about his patients. I enjoy his “down-to-earth” style. He as a relaxing effect.

The doc and procedure were fine. The staff in the office has some issues. I had to call 4 days in a roll to get them to send a script to my pharmacy and it still did not get done. I finally just drove to his office and got a sample dose. Very frustrating. 30 min drive one way .my pharmacy is 3 min drive

I used Dr Youssef for a colonoscopy. I had never met him before the procedure. The nurses and staff at the day clinic were very kind and personable. Dr Youssef introduced himself just seconds before I was put to sleep. Upon waking, he stepped in for literally about 5 seconds to let me know his findings and quickly vanished to the next patient. I have never been to his office so I don’t know if he’s that impersonal and rushed all the time or if he was just in a hurry that day. Anyway, I gave 4 stars due to bedside manner but the procedure, the nurses, and the clinic deserve 5 stars.

My visit went very well. The staff was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. They are really good people and enjoyed meeting them. Moustafa Youssef was great as well. He was professional, informative and was personable.

Dr. Youssef was great. From the first meeting, through the procedure. The staff is hands down the best at making you feel welcomed and safe. I’ve had a few procedures throughout my life, and this is the one that I felt the most comfortable about. Warm blankets and cool socks were a bonus.

Dr. Youseff is a very good doctor. I trust him very much. I rated this a 3 because it is impossible to reach his office. I have called 4 times just this morning, once to get an answering service, during what I thought was business hours and 3 times getting a recording. This is very inadequate for a doctor’s office to operate in this manner.

Dr. Youseff is a great doctor. He explains everything in a professional and caring manner. He answers questions that I need to stay healthy. His staff also are wonderful. His new location is so convenient and beautiful. He actually broke through my doubt about taking the Covid Vaccine. Dr. Youseff provide fantastic service by refilling my prescriptions without me having to call. I could go on and on about my experience I would recommend him to anyone that needs his service.

Dr. Youssef is very thorough and spends time with your exam. He monitors your bloodwork to make sure that the medications aren't causing any issues. He always explains your condition and listens to your concerns. Great doctor!

I was very happy with Dr Youssef from my first visit. Referred to him for a diagnosis that was wrong. In the process I revealed having Acid Reflux for years and being on meds. He informed me about two non invasive procedures to correct that problem but I would have to go through various tests to determine the right one. Well I also had a hiatal hernia and it required surgery. I had both procedures performed the same day and that was ten months ago. No pain from the procedures. I would highly recommend Dr Youssef to anyone, he is the best.

My visit went well. Dr. Youssef listen to my health issues and concerns and the medication he prescribed has worked very well for me.
