Worst primary care physician I've experienced before. Waited for 2 hours and then got interrupted a lot. Wouldn't let me ask questions until the end of our visit and then rushed me through my questions. Didn't have very good insight about my health concerns.

Just found out I’ve been taking a higher dosage of my medicine for 6 months because this doctor never notified the pharmacy. Khush claimed they never had blood work for me and when I pressed them to find it they magically found it the next day. When I told him I never got a call from his office about my blood results he looks at me and says “now you know”, hands me a piece of paper and walks out. I’ve never experienced such terrible medical care in my life. Also, For 6 months I never knew I was supposed to be taking another medication. They tried to blame the pharmacy again but the pharmacy said they never got notification either. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas medical board as well.

I thought I had to write our experience with that doctor to save other people time and effort. Every time we need to refill our prescription ( for diabetes) the doctor will refuse to refill and he would ask us to see him ! It should be a medication for chronic condition that needs to be automatically refilled for at least 3 months! we end up begging the pharmacy to loan us the medication until we schedule the appointment with him. The office never return calls from us or from pharmacy.

Tried to make an appointment for a meningitis immunization for my 18 year old but was told, after being on hold for some time, that the latest appointment ever available for new patients is 2:45 pm. Posting here to save someone a long wait on the phone - if you are trying to make an appt for student who can't get there by 2:45.

My husband went to see Alkush for what he's afraid is a tumor. He told the Dr his concern & after examining him seemed to blow it off,,in my husband's words. So after he asked the Dr to exam it, & the Dr. didn't seem concerned, he didnt press it. I called the office a week later to see what the Dr diagnosed, or did we need a referral. I was told the Dr never even made any notation of my husbands concern or him examining him that visit! We could come again.THAT WAS WHEN HE FOUND A NEW DOCTOR!!
