We have been patients with Humble Family Practice for nine years. Dr. Carpenter is very knowledgeable and well experienced. I trust the specialist he recommends.
My wife and I have used Dr David Carpenter for more than 20 years. We have been well pleased with the health care we have received from him. We hope he will continue practicing medicine for many more years.
I had the privilege of seeing Dr. Carpenter and it was the best experience I've ever had with a physician. He took time to answer all my questions and explained everything to me. I wasn't rush out he took a lot of time with me. The office staff was awesome as well, I can't say enough about this practice! I would highly recommend Dr.Carpenter and this practice! Thanks Dr. Carpenter!
My wife and I have been using Dr. Carpenter for the past 27 years and have always been satisfied with his professional staff along with him. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needed medical attention.
Have been a patient of Dr Carpenter for 8 years but had enough. Location close to my work the main reason for selecting them. Sadly about the only positive I can honestly list: Attitude of staff is surly and unfriendly;waiting time for one of their doctors is on average over one hour.Highly unpleasant experience visiting unless you have the time and patience . Doctor's time spent with patient is only a few minutes. not personal and not professional.
I had an appointment at Humble Family Clinic for 12:00. I did not get in to see a doctor until 2:00. The time spent with the Dr. face to face was less than 5 minutes. I had a MRI done and the Doctor's nurse left a message to make another appointment for the results over a week later. The MRI place said the results would be ready in 2 days. Then when I asked to have a phone consultation nobody will return my message.
I'm a regular patient if dr carpenter's. Any time you need to go for a walk-in, unscheduled visit, the standard answer is two to two and a half hour wait. Then once inside, you are shuffled and waiting again. A patient is allowed only one chief complaint to be address if you are a walk-in. Each time I left orders were not called in completely as dr discussed.
My walk in visit on March 3. I came I at 2:30.
Left at five. Spent a whole ten minutes w dr. And he did not follow thru w needed Rx
