I came in for my appointment for a routine physical. Upon arrival they said they can not renew any prescriptions on the same day as an appt for a physical. THEY told me to change this exam to a prescription refill appointment and to book a physical for another day. I waited two hours in the small exam room. I did not get any updates on how long it would be. They could only tell me how many people were in front of me in line. I saw the doctor and was given written prescriptions for Vitamins and other over the counter drugs. I also got my standard prescription refill, that I had been getting for at least five years. During the COVID-19 pandemic and at a time when I can’t miss work because people are losing their jobs: Dr. Syed’s office CALLED my pharmacist and cancelled ALL of my prescriptions. They did not call me. I was informed via email with a link to access the information.

Well, I didn't meet the doctor. But I did deal with office people there. They put me in two separate appointments. I called to cancel both few days after. They told me it's okay. But 30 days later which is today - the second appointment scheduled time they told me they will charge me no shown fee. That's not the right way to treat patient and the manage lady Donna said they will give me a bill. Hope people know what they'er dealing with. In the end she said that's not her responsibility to remind me to go. I could call back to the office and argue about it again to let them check why the first one is canceled. Both appointments were for same reason--I need to get my vaccine done. They said the first one is for vaccine and the second one I need just because it will be no charge for my vaccine. I had my vaccine done in other place in Feb and call this place right away told them I did it in other place. I guess they just still want me to have that annual exam without notice me.

Great staff, great doctor and most importantly great environment. The only thing that she would highly have to change is the time framing period. .

The Doctor herself seems nice enough but always ask for a detail bill. Her system "automatically" charges an ex dollar per visit as well as I am unable to get pregnant but I was charged $25 every visit for a pregnancy test that wasn't needed. When I decided to change Doctors her office wouldn't release my records because after speaking with them about my bill they wanted $75 to release my records. If you have unlimited insurance and money she's the office for you.

Dr. Syed is very thorough and very knowledgeable. When I saw her first, she took the time to listen to my multiple concerns even though I had only made a quick drop in appointment. She diagnosed my rare condition properly, even if it took more time. She educated me counseled and consoled me when I was crying. Was Empathic in this difficult time of mine. She directly called me when I had panic value labs, took care of me in the clinic when I was extremely sick. Admitted and took care of me when I

Horrible attitude and bedside manners. Her patient of 10 years got diagnosed with cancer and their office and her are too busy to give a referral. Tells the patient they have to reschedule biopsy, tells patient not to call back. Highly unprofessional, tells patient that they are not the ones who caused the cancer. Never heard a Dr say that no matter how challenging the patient. Oh and she categorically refused to give any more referrals, interesting for someone on an HMO plan

The visit was a very unpleasant experience and one of the most unorthodox doctor visits. The quality of service I received was unsatisfactory and inefficient. The whole experience took 3 ? hours. I was told at the time I scheduled the appointment that a physical typically took an hour and the wait time should be be no more than 40 minutes. Throughout the entire visit, she was unfriendly, disagreeable, and made very little eye contact.
