I went to Dr. Hofstetter after I had a cat scan with a diagnosis of stage 1 lung cancer late in 2018. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I was impressed with his knowledge and his confidence. He is kind and caring. His entire staff is also amazing. I had a lobectomy in February 2019 and I am doing fantastic. I truly owe my life to him.

He seems very knowledgeable but he does not share it with you. He is not patient and he is only interested to operate on you. I guess there is a financial incentive for him. If you ask why did you recommend surgery and not radiation, he gets upset. He is high on MD Anderson and nobody will challenge him. I was very disappointed with his consultation and follow up (There was no follow up).

I had to have a masteoplexy due to breast cancer and I was very pleased with the results. I was told that I would lose a lot of tissue and was fearing the worst. Dr. Selber and his staff were very informative. They were even helpful in setting up virtual visits becauuse I lived so far away from the office. After surgery, I was amazed what a great job he did especially since it involved a lift and breast and nipple size reduction on both breasts. They answered all my questions and explained the process very well both before and after. I was very encouraged by their positive attitude. I am extremely pleased with the results.

I travel over 1,000 miles each month to see Dr. Tannir. I do this because I trust him with my health. I have been doing this for almost 6 years after a local Oncologist gave me a poor chance of living more than a year. Dr. Tannir practices the latest advances in immunotherapy while treating his patiences as he would members of his family.

Dr Rice is an excellent amd skilled surgeon and patient friendly doctor. Those two things don’t always go together. He performed minimally invasive segmentectomy of one of my lungs after being diagnosed with cancer. Dr Rice and his whole team were attentive, caring, and provided the best care one could expect throughout the entire process.

I’ve had the privilege to work with Dr. Feig during the hardest year of my life so far. He has performed two major surgeries on my stage four metastatic Retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma. He has gone above and beyond in his care for me. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and confident in his skills but his bedside manner is one for the books! He has always made himself available to talk through any fears or concerns that I’ve had along the way. He has the ability to make me laugh when I’m feeling at my lowest. He saved my life and I would recommend him to my most beloved of friends and family. I feel blessed to have him as my surgeon and he will be the only one that I will go to for future surgeries. You are one lucky person if you find yourself in the care of this man. I can not speak more highly of him and would not hesitate to put my life in his hands again.

Dr Moulder is the worst Oncologist. She should be terminated from MD Anderson and should be in prison for the care she provided to my mom. We went to her because we thought we would be in good hands. Her delaying care to my mother due to low platelets counts resulted in serious harm and likely ultimate death of my mother. We had to switch to a new facility to learn that the care she provided was criminal in nature.

I can’t say enough about this man. He is so professional yet so down to earth that I don’t mind going to the doctor when my appointment is with him. He’s a hoot and smart as the smartest. Annie, his physician assistant is also one of a kind. She has a compassionate side that is amazingly comforting. You don’t find many like either of them.

I'd give him 10 stars. He changed my entire life with my second opinion and his treatment plan, and not allowing another institution to over treat me. He's very direct, thorough in his explanations, and also had a good, appropriate sense of humor.

He and his office were unresponsive many times when we needed something done. He kept delaying my dad’s chemotherapy treatment many times after the fact that he wanted to go on it because it was better than nothing (he had a weight issue but it was near impossible for him to gain weight since people in my family don’t easily gain weight) I would highly not recommend Ajani as he puts off many thing that we needed to do to get my dad treated. He refused to take some of my dad’s condition seriously and caused him a lot of pain as a result (collapsed lung, pneumonia, fast heart rate and heaved breathing.) Now my dad passed away because of his many delays and unwillingness to put my dad on treatments for near 6 months and at the end my dad looked nothing like how he was before his treatments and suffered terribly because of Ajani and MD Anderson.

Excellent Dr. , I felt extremely safe in Dr. Fiegs care. Great personality and Dr to patient relationship was the best I have ever had. Surgery was a breeze , got clear margins my scar is smooth . ( considering 2nd surgery in same area 1st one done by another dr )and recovery was easy! All else I can say is that when my recovery was completed I knew I would miss Dr. Fieg and his staff. That's how good of a doctor he is!!! If I ever need another surgery he would be the first call I make!

I am celebrating my 15 year of being cancer free. I had prostate cancer in 2005 & went to see Christopher Wood about my upcoming surgery. He gave me a life expectancy of 5 years. I was told by him "I will die of prostate cancer" He gave me single diget % that he could remove all my cancer. In the same breath, he started talking to my wife how good a coach Bobby Knight is. I chose surgery to be done by Dr. Randy Fagin in Austin. It was done Robotically w/ no complications. I was able to go home in 22 hrs. & was back to work in a relatively short time. Thank God for Dr. Fagin! My experience w/ Christopher Wood was nothing short of disgusting!

I highly recommend Dr. Rice if you need any type of lung surgery. He removed my tumor robotically with a few small incisions. Very little pain afterwards. Hospital care at MD Anderson was great. If you need any type of thoracic procedure go see Dr. Rice. He will take good care of you.

During the time of the visits the wait time from the scheduled time averaged 2 hours. The information provided and the delivery would be useful to a dog. I would run from this doctor and find better, more emphatic doctor that delivers prognoses with a more professional, accurate and caring delivery. if less than one star could be given that would be appropriate

Dr. Wood removed a tumor from my kidney while leaving as much of that kidney as possible (“partial nephrectomy). I get a CT and lab work every 6 months, and I have been cancer free for more than 4 years thanks to Dr. Wood!

My husband started seeing Dr. Corn Dec 2017. He was referred to us by an oncologist from Chicago. We don’t have issues with him not until March 2019 when he started chemo on my husband. He ordered the first chemo and that’s it. I waited until 5 weeks after the first chemo then I emailed him when is the next schedule, supposed to be every 3 weeks. Then he apologized that it got off schedule. The chemo didn’t worked even after changing the drug it even went to the liver. He will mention something in his clinic but not actually doing it. My husband had liver biopsy, almost 2 weeks after he experienced like stabbing pain in the liver area that he could not lay down, sleeping in recliner almost in sitting position. When I emailed him, just responded to take pain meds. Since my husband was doing radiation we told the radiation oncologist regarding the sharp pain. She is more concerned than Dr. Corn. She prescribed narcotic for pain and instructed us to call her clinic if the problem persist.
