Trying to schedule an appointment is imposible if you don’t have a 1-800 number for your insurance provider because the “Office Manager” is under qualified to Google a phone number or too stupid to use the 1-800 number she usually uses for the insurance provided to her, absolutely trash! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else

Office staff scheduling the appts need to be VERY CLEAR IN THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. This is not a misunderstanding on my part. It’s a detail restriction that was left out of conversation when scheduling the appointment. When a parent is told at the time of scheduling that “1 parent can go in w/ the patient”, that does not specify ANYTHING abt accompanying toddler/infant siblings. Following all safety protocols, being screened outside the bldg prior to entering occurred and the patient, my toddler, and I were cleared. Yet then the “office mgr” comes outside to advise that my toddler daughter couldn’t enter the building...only myself and the patient. I have no choice but to bring my toddler daughter w/me to this appt bc my husband’s out of town. What are single parents supposed to do?! WHY TAKE MY TODDLER’S TEMP IF SHE CANT ENTER?! I’ve no issues following protocols advised to me prior to arrival but the verbiage used in the verbal instructions weren’t concise. I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

Dr Zambrano is a very insightful physician. His expertise into allergies and asthma is in my experience as both nurse and his patient, unparalleled. He has a very caring bedside manner and is willing to go that extra step for his patients. His staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.

I saw Dr. Cooper throughout my childhood for severe persistent asthma and a few times as an adult. Dr. Cooper has a good bedside manner. I was very sick with asthma as a child, so I saw him fairly regularly. As an adult, he was very blunt about what I needed to do, but it seems he has come to understand sometimes patients do not follow instructions. Dr. Cooper basically saved my life when I was a child, and I recommend severe cases to him.

Dr. Chou and all of the office staff and medical personnel are well informed and very attentive!
