Review of Dr. Patel

-Houston, TX |

I had a basal cell carcinoma above my eye near my eyebrow. Dr. Patel performed Mom's surgery and I had five stitches. She provided after care instructions and I am very happy with the results. You cannot see where I had the surgery.

Review of Dr. Sra

-houston, tx |

The office, visit, staff and procedure were good, but be warned! If you are seeing Dr Sra because of your insurance, you might be actually scheduled with a different doctor that could have different insurance coverage. This happened to me and my copay doubled!!

Review of Dr. Sra

-Friendswood, TX |

When I went for a follow-up appointment, I was told that I owed money from a previous procedure. I had not received a bill nor an explanation of benefits from my insurance company. When I refused to pay the bill, I was told that I could not see the doctor without paying the bill. I will not return to this practice.

Review of Dr. Sra

Most thorough in her exam asking questions as she proceeded. Took care of immediate issues. Good follow up. Her assistants were very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone needing a dermatological exam.

Review of Dr. Sra

- in Houston, TX |

Absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Karan Preet today. She only spent 3 minutes in the room. When I asked her to repeat my condition she responded as if she had an attitude. She seems as if she was in a hurry and didn't take out time to fully explain my condition. The nurse or whoever the lady was that checked me into the room was able to help me and answer my questions. Luckily there are other doctors in this facility or else I would not return.

Long wait time, over an hour. Is an expert in MOHS surgery.

Review of Dr. Sra

- in League City, TX |

Dr Sra's time is very valuable and you know this when she walks into the room. Either she is not allowed enough time for each patient or she is more concerned about seeing as many patients in a day as possible. I'm not such which applies to her.
