Dr. Kinloch is the best doctor we can ask for. He is very patient, very knowledgeable, and very compassionate. I would like to highly recommend him as the pediatrician for all my best friends!!! My daughter Fiona, my husband and I are all very happy to meet him for every visit. Although Fiona always cries a little bit due to the vaccine injection, he still one of her favorite persons. :)

We met Dr. Kinloch in the hospital and selected him as our pediatrician immediately. His attention to our little boy was so caring and I instantly felt that he would do his best to care for our baby as if it was his own. We have been seeing Dr. Kinloch for 5 months now and every interaction with him has only confirmed he is a great pediatrician. We have had several problems arise that he assisted us through (he is a great listener)! He is informative, helpful & positive! Great pediatrician!

Dr Hayes and her nurse, Aubrey are amazing! Dr Hayes takes time to listen, is empathetic, thourough, and is neither too conservative or agressive as far as treatment. They are also easy to schedule for a sick visit. I am so happy to have them care for my babies.

Dr. Mercer really cares about his patients. He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows his patients well. Even on an obviously busy day, he spends as much time as needed and never makes you feel rushed. This even applied during the infant stage when I brought pages of questions. He was empathetic and provided reassurance when needed. He helped my daughter have a positive association with the doctors office. He follows current medical protocols and never recommends unneeded treatment or meds.

Dr. Arnaout disregarded our concerns about our son and he had a bad reaction to the medicine she prescribed. Then if that were enough, then she violated our trust and prescribed another round of medicine without getting consent.

Dr. Kinloch is an incredible doctor. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He goes above and beyond to ensure that I understand my son's health, growth, and treatments. Dr. Kinloch is very patient and kind. It is evident that he loves what he does. His passion shows. My son is always overjoyed to see him and I am happy that my son is a patient of his. I would drive any distance to continue my son's care under Dr. Kinloch. Doctors like him are a rare. My husband and I are greatly pleased.

My son and Dr. Kinloch are amazing together. I love there bond. He is very affectionate towards Little Tremayne. You can tell he loves his patients. Tremayne is now now growing and becoming a big boy. Only thing I wish is that he were closer to Las Colinas, Texas but the drive to Fort worth is worth it because he is a great doctor.

Dr. Kinloch & his nurse, Gavin were fantastic with my 10 year old son. They made him feel comfortable (me too!) and he immediately liked them. While we were waiting for labs, he said "this is the best doctor ever," which I'd consider a huge win! Dr. K &. Gavin were cool and laid back, took time to answer any questions my son & I had. They were great! Also no wait in the waiting room & seamless check in/out process. Very pleased we have found a great group for my son!

Doctor Kinloch figured out what was up with our 2-year-old when others could not. He is thorough and shows he genuinely cares about our family. He has been great with our newborn as well. What a blessing it is to have Dr. Mercer as my childrens' physician. I cannot imagine a more competent, caring, and friendly doctor. He communicates complex information clearly. His office staff and nurses are always available to answer questions and complete camp forms and prescription refills. They even stayed late on a weekend to handle an urgent matter and spend extra time explaining a diagnosis. Dr. Mercer, along with the other physicians in the group are top-notch in every way.
