Review of Dr. Bagg

- |

I was referred to Dr. Bagg after a biopsy confirmed prostate cancer in 2017. Further tests ordered by Dr. Bagg showed I also had a tumor in my left kidney. Dr. Bagg decisively and patiently explained the situation and plans for surgery to address both cancers. His professional demeanor instilled confidence in me at a very difficult time. The surgeries performed by Dr. Bagg were successful and without complication. It is now a year later and I am cancer free and very greatful to Dr. Bagg.

After another doctor found an absolutely huge tumor on my left kidney on July 21, 2017, I was referred to Dr. Bagg who saw us within a couple of days and by August 21st, exactly one month later, I was having surgery. Dr. Bagg was very attentive, very professional. He gave me every attention I needed including his time, his ear in listening to my questions and those of my family. I continue to see him and do so with total confidence in the quality of medical care I am receiving. He saved my life!

Dr. Bagg is an exceptional Doctor. He performed a life threatening surgery on me when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 bladder & prostate Cancer. He has been taking care of me since,(2014) without fail. I wouldn't trust any other doctor to treat me for this type of illness. I very strongly recommend Dr. Bagg to one and all,

This doctor's office is a joke. You get better service from bill collectors. These guys never answer their phones, are terrible at calling back, have phone wait times of almost an hour before automatic hang ups, and have people wait hours during scheduled appointments. Don't even bother trying them out. His dad was a much better doctor before retiring. I am looming for somebody else now.

Dr Bagg was very helpful to me. I relocated to El Paso from the east coast with a history of urological issues. He understood my past history of treatment and was able to keep me on the same treatment plan which was successful for me. He had a good bedside manor and was very well versed. However, it is very hard to reach him or his tech & nurses. The office staff did not seem helpful, pleasant, caring or understand any sense of urgency.

I have been trying to make an appointment since Thursday today is Monday. They take forever to answer the phone. They told me they would call me back on Friday to let me know my appointment they never did I had to call them and I still couldn't make the appoiment because they need all the insurance information before the appoiment is made.

I was a first time patient this past week. Dr. Bagg was not very helpful and made me go to hospital to get about four test all to come back and see him the next day and tell me he can't see what he was looking for on the sonogram. I would not reccommend this doctor to anyone! He was very cold and trying to determine my pain level by the way I look. I was very disappointed with his male medical assistant. He was very rude and didn't take my vitals, he was taking my temperature as I was walking
